I have had pets my entire life, and have used a number of vets as I moved around the states.  Cape Coral Pet Vet is by far the most professional and friendly vet I have ever used, so much so in fact that we drive from Naples to Cape Coral to have our pets taken care of by them.  We have two Pitbulls and a cat, and the dogs are always glad to see Dr. Fisher and the staff.  Our female is 6 and has never allowed anyone to trim her nails without a struggle, except the staff at Cape Coral Pet Vet.  Our male, a 90 pound Blue Nose Pit, would shake nervously, cower, and even wet himself during vet visits at other locations, but is always happy to see Dr. Fisher and the staff at Cape Coral Pet Vet.  Our animals love them, and that is what counts most.  Proper pet care and medical attention is expensive, but Cape Coral Pet Vet has several options that make thorough care affordable for multiple pet homes like ours.  Even though the office is always busy, we are never rushed or feel like Dr. Fisher needs us to hurry so she can get to her next patient.  She listens patiently, answers all questions thoroughly, and explains everything completely in simple terms, which is nice for me.  I cannot say enough about them and I recommend them to anyone and everyone with a pet.

My husband & I were researching a vet to take our newly acquired/rescued doggie daughter to. I heard great things about the different veterinarian offices in Cape Coral; however it was a referral for DPPI Pet Vet that stood out. We decided to give it a try and I was taken aback by the whole experience from the moment I walked in. The facility is very clean and has a "homey feel to it. The staff is amazing and will go above & beyond to help you. They are extremely personable and are truly concerned about your animals health and will do all that they can do to make both you and your pet comfortable. Both Dr. Sharp & Dr. Fisher are very knowledgeable and are great at answering any questions that you may have. I was so happy that I found a Small Town vet in the biggest city in SW FL. Our daughter loves to go to the vet. They have been wonderful to work with! No matter how many times I call with millions of questions for them the staff has been fabulous. I highly recommend Del Prado Pine Island Pet Vet to anyone who is looking for a veterinarians office that truly cares about you & your pet and who makes you feel like family.

Rockie and Diesel have been going to Cape Coral Pet Vet since we moved to Cape Coral in 2009. It is now September of 2015 and I still trust my boys well being to the team at CCPV. We originally started in this office with Dr. Sharpe and his wife who were amazing to us, and made us feel like family. I now trust both Dr. fisher and Dr. Jackson to take the best care of my Beagle and Boxer. You will notice that when they examine your pet, they are not stingy with their time, they answer all of your questions, and help you to make informed decisions. Amy and Marie have been extremely caring for my dogs since my first visit back in 2009, and continue to make us feel like family. Lea at the front desk is excellent, she works with your schedule, and is just super friendly! Rockie and Diesel are never nervous or scared when they are there, they are comfortable and happy. We love and trust Cape Coral Pet Vet! Ask about the wellness plans they offer! I have both of my dogs on the plan, it includes unlimited office visits, vaccines, blood work, and more... And they start at $20 a month!

An emaciated old kitty who found me is why I found Cape Coral Pet Vet ~ A Professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, caring group. I spoke with Lea & Janet in initial calls. They are invaluable to gaining & maintaining clients. My questions were patiently answered. I had many. The Drs diagnosis was spot on to the results of the blood test next day. The options for treatments were clearly explained, with emphasis given to address any questions. Every question was answered with respect for my concerns and most importantly, for the well being of my newest 4 legged family member. The same for the 2nd visit for dental. A written estimate was provided & reviewed prior to services, giving financial costs for visit & testing options. I found the charges to be overall better than most. My other 2 cats will soon become members of the Cape Coral Pet Vet family, too!

I am new to the area and have 3 dogs. All dogs were up to date with shots and tests before moving here and I have the records to prove. When I called to make an appointment to get heartworm pills I was told I only needed to bring in 2 of the dogs as long as 2 of the 3 were the same weight. I spent an hour between driving and waiting around in the office. There was no one in the waiting room and it still took almost 30 minutes to see a doctor. They wouldnt give me the medicine. They also told me they could give me dog licenses for all three dogs and they refused to do that either because the 3rd dog was not present. Why take your pet to a place that lies to people. DONT GO HERE!!!!

After I got my kitten (approx 9 months ago), and was referred to Cape Coral Pet Vet by a friend. They have a clean and friendly environment. Dr Fisher gave my kitten a full physical to ensure her health. She also spayed my kitten, microchipped her, and got her an ID. I felt very comfortable taking my kitten there, as I have not had a great experience in the past with other vets in the area (I have an older cat as well). The other thing I really liked about this vet office are the emails they send out to remind me about shots and upcoming appts, as well as "happy birthday"emails when my kitten turned 1. I highly recommend Dr Fisher to anyone with a cat or dog!

Dr Jason Hartsell and Jodie are amazing when it comes to animals. With my sick pooch he has explained everything i needed to know about her up until her final days. Lauren the vet tech has been absolutely amazing with recommendations as well as information i never knew about! Dr Fisher has seen my other dog and she as just as good. This team is wonderful caring to your pets and treat them like of it was theres! I been going here about a year and the price are affordable along with different plans to make sure it meets with your budget. Lea the reception has been great as well. I love all the staff here and highly recommend this place

Wonderful staff! They saved my cats life with a quick response to a life threatening Parvo infection. They treat my dog like she is family every time I bring her in. Theyve called ME to check on the progress of my pets anytime Ive had a problem, and theyve made suggestions over the phone if I had any concerns/questions. They know who their clients are and are very caring and gentle with them. I have had pets all my life, but never have I trusted a vet in such a way that I do Dr. Sharp and his staff. Although meds and treatments can get a bit pricey, I would recommend this office to anyone looking to find a decent, honest vet.
