Deserves ZERO stars, most unorganized, unprofessional, dental office Ive ever been to. The front office staff doesnt have a clue about what they are doing, very rude to their customers. On 3 different SCHEDULED cleaning appointments, we have gotten to our appointment on time, they take your xrays, then say that they are behind schedule, other people are there first, that they need to reschedule to see the hygienist, cause there is no time to do our cleaning!!! Isnt that the whole point in making an appointment for a cleaning- to see the cleaning hygienist?! They said they didnt know if wed need to see the hygienist. Its a routine 6 month cleaning appointment, the most routine appointment for a dental office- its not that hard to schedule correctly. Even scheduling the appointment was a fiasco, said only allowed 1 cleaning per year! After they sent in a reminder to schedule cleaning! Will never go there again, and I would not recommend it to anyone!!! They were even arguing with another customer, since they messed her appointment on same day. Were very rude to her as well.

Lleve a mi hija un martes, ella tiene 3 años, le hicieron mal un trabajo en la muela, dicen que es normal le duela, que le de Tylenol... es viernes, le sigue saliendo sangre de la muela... llamo para pedir la revisen y dicen que no tienen pediatra hasta el lunes.... y que los llame el lunes para ver que día me dan cita... son una porquería!!! Con ellos ya gaste ese día $310 vamos a ver en otro dentista de emergencia cuanto me sale su mal trabajo...

I have never in my life had a cavity. I have always taken very good care of my teeth. Well, new city, new job, new dentist. The dentist at this office (Kourty I believe) told me I had 3 cavities that needed fillings. I was hesitant. I had never had a civity and had no pain or sensitivity. I decided not to have the fillings and get a second opinion. Turns out, i do not have any cavities. This is nothing short of FRAUD and MALICE! They were going to permanently damage my healthy teeth for insurance money! I cant advise enough against this place.

I went to the one on 301 in riverview recently to have a tooth pulled, but after the dentist looked at it, he said Id need to be referred to the main office. I paid $75 for the visit. That night it started hurting again so I went back the next day to get some antibiotic. I was told the doctor would have to re-examine me and I would be charged for another office visit. So, they did nothing for me the first time, and wanted more money the next day. I walked out the door. Its ok with me though - Ill gladly put my money elsewhere.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. Ive been there many times and each time have a great experience. Dentist and supporting staff are very kind and take time to explain things. Dentist gives me options and suggestions to help my teeth to prevent having work done (and does not charge me for it as one review suggested). I have had to wait a little, which is the reason for only four stars, but from my experience that is the same at any dentist. Greenberg is highly recommended in my book.

This office is absolutely amazing, the ladies that assist the doctor are professional and quick. Dr. Ho is very nice and gives it to you straight. The only reason I am giving this office four stars is because, the front office staff doesnt have a clue about what they are doing, very rude to their patients. I had some issues with the two of the women. They are very unprofessional and always on their phones, one barely speaks English, whom I had a hard time understanding.

Im shocked to read these recent negative reviews. Ive had a, few visits the past few weeks with an infected long over need for wisdom tooth removal. Periodontist Chad Bardsley and both of his assists were phenomenal! Had my tooth removed 2 days ago. The removal was difficult but he was such a good sport and never made me worry. Awesome experience and happy I found a place I can trust in again after the horrible experience with the Great Expressons scammers!!!

Office staff seem very confused about everything . The dental assistant didnt understand how to operate the X-ray machine, she also stemmed very confused.I had an exam then had to wait 30 min for my cleaning and spent a total 1 1/2for an appointment that usually takes an hour. The doctor was amazing and very professional.

I also understand that people have bad days but every interaction I have had with this office has been mediocre and its always pass the buck.

They are scam artists who try to rip off insurance companies. The dentist told me I was brushing too hard and then billed my insurance$68 for "dental cleaning advice".
