First of all my Heartful Thanks to Anala Panchumarthi, coming from a background where I was super scared of any minor dentistry work, I find my self lucky to be at this place "Sunshine creative smiles", where the staff is so welcoming and friendly always with a huge smile and the doctor herself is so willing to listen, humble and showing concern to patients problems , How much ever minor they were.Getting the appointment was never a problem and procedures were so painless, even a complicated extraction was done with lots of confidence and the follow up sessions were also very effective and easy to schedule.. You changed my attitude towards dentistry Anala Panchumarthi and I cannot thank enough for clearing all my fears and doubts towards procedures, getting the tooth fixed now seems to be a normal process and removed my complete fear of 2.5 years, where I was dreaded to get fixed a failed crown. Thanks for all the precautionary and future expectations you have given me. They will always be remembered, and I hope I can make this my regular dentistry for a life time.. Huge Thanks for transforming me from a fearful patient to a Healthy individual :)

On the phone it was explained that I needed an appointment for a tooth extraction and a filing for another tooth, which we were assured this appointment was for and could accomplish. Once we arrived at the office, only the tooth that needed to be extracted was xrayed by an assistant and, after waiting nearly 30 mins, we were told they didnt have enough time to do exactly what we set an appointment for and they referred me to another dentist for an extraction because they do not do them at this office. Then they sent me off on my merry way, the only thing they did that couldve even helped me remotely is the pain medication this shod of a dentist offered that I could easily get at a CVS. This was literally the worse dentist I have ever been to, especially since they ignored my concerns and are CLEARLY in it for the money by doing at most half an effort for that good ole insurance money. They also charge 800 bucks for a TEETH CLEANING. I even saw a man waiting an entire hour for service in the front office, they never got to him even after I left. Just do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else!

For the staff and dentist, I have been seeing this dentist for a year and half and I couldnt ask for a better one out of all my dentists I have visited entire of my life. She is very understanding of me being deaf and she literally took her time communicating with me to ensure I understand the treatments. She doesnt want to be rushed and wrote down the treatments on a piece of paper. Her staff are also amazing, they are really trying to work with me and making sure I understand everything they want to tell me. They even set up closed captioning on their tv for me. As for the billing, I ended up having credit in my account due to insurance billing issues, they were willing to give me options with the surplus. The first option is to leave the money in their account or they can cut a check and I can cash it. I decided to cash the check. Anyways, it was nice of them to offer options with the extra money. People, you cannot ask for a better dentist and staff than Dr. Anala Panchumarti and her staff. You wouldnt have trouble finding parking because it is right there front of the office.

Updated: Dr Anala called me and apologized. I subsequently came in for a cleaning/evaluation, then a new filling and a filling replacement and today I am back for a crown for an old root canal. Since the first unfortunate visit i have scheduled my visits early and have had no issues. Everyone at the office has been very helpful and pleasant. I have 3,4 and a 5 mm gaps and heard nothing about the $350/quad deep cleaning t hat insurance doeant cover. Nothing. Very refreshing. At no point have i felt like i was being pressured to do service. They evaluated, gave me suggestions and we worked out a treatment plan with costs and timing. As much as i hate the dentist in general, this has been a pleasant experience repeatedly now. Original: Result, I left after 45 min. First visit. Arrive a half hour early for paperwork, still waiting a half hour past my appointment time. Not impressed. Will update if it improves.

Ive been going to Sunshine Creative Smiles for about four years now and they have been the best dental practice Ive found in the Bay area. I tried out several other dentists before finding Dr. Panchumartis office on ZocDoc. Its not super close for me, but Ive stuck with them because everyone in the office is amazing. Theyre so nice, always accommodating and very understanding. Dr. Panchumartis gone out of her way to work around our schedule, and Ive never had any issues with services Ive had done. The office is clean, the staff is quick and efficient and they always make us feel welcome. My husband and I both just started Invisalign with them for a much lower price than other dental practices we checked. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Office : located with a parking lot that is easily navigated. The furniture in the waiting room is in good condition and comfortable for most people . Staff : All the staff are pleasant and professional. Dr. Alana is a gentle caring skilled practitioner. She can explain her treatment plans in understandable language. She does not appear to be rushed while engaging with her patients. The staff is able and willing to assist a person with disabilities. Billing: The office understands and is willing to help people with limited financial resources. A true gem set in pleasant circumstances.

Dr. Panchumarti and her staff are #1 Competent! #2 Caring! #3 Confident! I have nothing but positive experiences with her and her staff. Having had multiple dentists throughout my life, she is by far the most gentle and it certainly helps that she has small hands... of which are skilled, experienced, and again... gentle. Her staff follow her example and have always been friendly, personable, and competent in dental care and handling my insurance company. Dr. P. has also made herself available outside of office hours to alleviate an unexpected tooth fracture. Shes great!

I have been notorious about not going to the dentist due to a bad experience as a child. When I absolutely had to get work done on my teeth, the VA chose Dr. Anala for me, as I had expressed interest in a female dentist. She is AMAZING! Very caring, gentle....explained what she was going to do before she did it; numbed me up good and just was the best at what she does. Her entire staff is very friendly and professional. If you have put off doing dental work, go and see this great lady...you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic Dentist!! I have seen several dentists over the past 3 years in order to find a competent, caring, and trustworthy dentist. Dr. Alana meets all three of these and more!! She is a true professional and is backed by a fantastic support staff. Her review ratings are exceptionally high for a reason. Have no doubts about Dr Alana in searching for your next dentist. On top of that she has a new office, new equipment and the most brilliant idea of having TVs not only on the wall but on the ceilings!!
