Im fairly new to the Frisco area and didnt think I could go wrong with anything that had the Baylor name on it. I have given this practice several tries and every time I leave I walk away feeling like I knew more than my doctor did. This last time my doctor prescribed me a medication that I guess she didnt know how to properly dose---which obviously isnt very comforting. After calling and requesting a refill and explaining how many tablets a day I was taking etc, I was told they would call it in. After it was never called in it took me 4 days to get anyone to call me back. I even left a message for he office manager. It was the weirdest most frustrating thing Ive ever experienced. Then when someone called me back, finally, they assured me it would be called in. So I waited, and the next day it was definitely called in but w the WRONG instructions and dosage. I called again!!! This time I was told my doctor was out but the doctor on call would resolve the issue and call me to let me know it was done. I still have no prescription in hand. It has been over a week. #bizarre

Dr.Cudjoe and her nurse are so great. They really take the time and listen to all of your thoughts and concerns. And they had lots of personality--none of that doctor superiority complex that is way too common these days. There was practically no wait. I got in earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I will definitely come back because I want Dr.Cudjoe to be our regular family doctor. Such a wonderful experience!

My wife and I have used Dr Kasmiersky and Dr Cudjoe as our primary care physicians for almost 10 years. They are professional and take the time to explain diagnosis and treatment plans. Scheduling has been very flexible and the office manager focuses on quality for the backend billing and insurance processing. We still see them even though weve lived overseas for the past 3 years.

Horrible. Made an appointment saw the doctor for 30 seconds. Tech calls the next day and gives me a diagnosis for something that is not even remotely related to why I went in. Ask for a physician to call me because the tech was clueless, and they had the same tech call me back 2 hours later to tell me the same thing they told me before. Will be switching to a new physician.

I have been going there for few years. Dr,s are very good. All this time the staff and everybody is good.Then why I took one star away..? My insurance status is about to change. So I called once yesterday ,twice today. Left message.No answer. Finaly when I got call back , they said they received message onse only and that was last call made by me!!!!!

Waited 45 minutes to be turned away because my daughter has Medicaid. We are new to Texas and was looking for a provider to care for my daughter that has asthma. They dont care about the patients they are only concerned about the money your insurance can pay them. Staff doesnt even know why they dont accept Medicaid.

Doctors there are really good. Staff is beyond horrible. I got pricked twice for a blood draw, where the medical assistant dug in after the first prick! Ive had bad arm pain for days after that. Lost paperwork, unanswered messages, its just bad.

I have seen Physician Assistant Ashley Banks a few times now and I LOVE her. She takes the time to talk through whatever my problems are, and I feel like Im getting good, solid treatment and advice.
