Well being that Ive been a patient with Dr. Trammell for over 10 yrs. Im very upset with the way I have been treated. This has taken place 3 times now and I am just going to move on to another doctor office. This review is not on Dr. Trammell because he is a VERY GOOD doctor ALL THE DOCTORS ARE VERY GOOD HERE!! This is about his FRONT OFFICE STAFF. I needed to go for my check up for my blood pressure so that I can get a renewal on my meds. I called ahead of time and spoke with the front office telling them I work in Venus and that it will take me a while to get there. I told her I get off at 4:15 and she then said "well if your here by 4:30 it will be okay" I asked my boss if I could leave 15 minutes early and that would be 4:00. I told the girl I might be a little late like 5 minutes, because it takes time to get there from Venus. Again she repeated "if you get here by 4:30 itll be fine" and I just said okay Ill try. On my way there I called, because I was 5 minutes away and it was going to be 4:33 by the time I arrived. I called told her I was 5 minutes away. She said "Ill ask if its okay" came back and said "Im sorry maam youll have to reschedule. IM DONE WITH THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!! THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS NEEDS! I know they want to go home, but when you have a patient that is calling you and on their way and by the way driving like crazy person to get there you dont treat them like that. Ive been with this doctors office since my son was very young. My son is 20 yrs. old so that should tell you how long Ive been going to this doctors office. So not only did I lose money for the time I took off to get to the doctors office, but my blood pressure spiked up to 189/107 because it upset me so much. IM OUT OF MY MEDS AND NOW LOOKING FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE WITH COMPASSION FOR THEIR PATIENTS! I am writing a letter to Dr. Trammell himself about this situation because I think he needs to be aware of HOW HIS FRONT OFFICE STAFF is running his office.

I have been a patient at this office for 2 months. I havent been able to get an actual visit with Dr. Trammell, they put me with a nurse practitioner every time I go in. I dont even know what Dr. Trammell looks like!!! I went in yesterday and of course they put me with a PA. I tell her my symptoms and then she ask me if ive been having chills. I just told you this, were you not listening!!! She prescribes meds, doesnt tell me what this issue is and sends me on my way. I call the office today because Im feeling 10x worse and extremely weak. I ask if I could get an actual appointment with Dr. Trammell today, they tell me he wont have openings until Thursday. I ask is there anyone else I can see TODAY. NOTE: I JUST TOLD THE GIRL I CAME IN YESTERDAY AND FEEL 10 TIMES WORSE, she tells me there is an opening tomorrow. WTF do you mean tomorrow!!!! LADY IM FEELING BAD TODAY AFTER COMING TO YOUR OFFICE YESTERDAY!!!!!!! I just ended up going to CareNow. This has to be some kind of sick joke!!! I have to find me a new doctors office. The front office staff obviously has no idea what they are doing. The nurse practitioner has no bedside manner, Im over it!!!! I will start going back to my old doctor that is an hour away.

I want to thank Dr. Trammells staff who were wonderful and very friendly. They were very attentive and took very good care of me. I was a patient of Dr. Trammells when he was located in Desoto. I moved back from Orlando Florida last December and realized how much I missed the excellent and caring treatment I always received from his office. I am now a patient at his Ovilla location. His nurse practitioner, Tobi is amazing! thank you all for helping me to breathe much, much better on 3/29/17. You are a very friendly and inviting staff... I am a patient for life!

Usually I give this office more stars but after sitting here for an hour and 8 ppl in front of me being called back that came in after me, I am not happy with this place. Seems like it gets worse and worse everytime I come here

I have been seeing Dr. Trammell for almost 10 years now and I have never had a bad experience with him or his any of his staff. Everyone has always been friendly, helpful, and willing to take a moment to listen to you.
