This place is all but great. The girl I was with hardly spoke any English so there was a language barrier. The doctor came in and shook his head and punched me in the arm like it was my fault my son had cavities. Yes, I understand that it partially is but it also is caused by our genetics. Anyways, we were going to schedule a surgery. They didnt take any X-rays and said they dont have an X-ray machine. So we set up surgery for the following month. Almost every week they were calling me asking if I wanted to move the appointment and I delightfully declined. However, my son had gotten the crud going around a week before surgery and the doctor had cleared him. When asked to send the paperwork they said they can only receive through fax. Which I dont have. So I asked about an email and was told no they dont have one. So I was asked to take a picture of the medical documents and text them to a number they gave me. I did, and never heard anything back. The next day I heard from the hospital stating they had my son scheduled for surgery and I said I think they cancelled it or something.. and the surgery center was just as confused as I was. I NEVER heard back from this place and I utterly refuse to ever do business with them again. Watch out!!!

Had an appt for my daughter to get some dental work done from Dr. Le at Cypress. Got there & sat in Pre-Op for almost 4 hours. Was told by 3 different people including Dr. Le it would be another hour & a half (nurse, Anesthesiologist & Le) before someone finally told us what was taking so long. The supervisor at Cypress informed us that Kidspace didnt have my daughter on their schedule correctly & was apologized to several times by Cypress for the mishap. Not one apology from Kidspace staff. We were told to be at Cypress at 830am which we did. Was told not to let her eat anything after midnight (she hadnt eatin since 6pm previous day). 12pm rolls around & we FINALLY get told what happened. I asked Dr. Les assistant if it was ok for us to leave since there was a mess up in scheduling. Was told yes & to contact Dr. office about rescheduling. Next day i am told they are "referring us to another dentist" which is a nice way of saying they kicked us out. We followed all the instructions we were given by both Cypress & Kidspace staff. This is how they treat their patients. I DO NOT recommend going to this place if you want good service.

Really enjoyed bringing my children to Kidspace........never complained about the wait time even though some of the staff talks with their guard up obviously from dealing with irate customers who were upset about their wait time....Ive waited for over an hour before. Still never thought twice about a bad review. Mine is because my account went in collections while I was deployed out of country....just forgot....so many other things going on. Made it back and contacted them... told me I should have received letters and calls about it. Duh!! Would I have gotten them? Anyway, apologized and paid the bill right then. Never received a call back about my childrens future appointment so I called. Told me I could never be a customer again because the account went to collections! I offered to provide my orders etc as proof..not accepted! Not military friendly. Left a message about it with a supervisor. Never called back to even atleast confirm receipt. Thats obvious they do not care. I will have this recorded for all friends I have on base with children that attend and have Kidspace put on the list for NOT recommended.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Although the dentist himself is very nice, his staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Plus, if you make an appointment, plan on waiting for over an hour before being seen. We went there for almost 3 years, and we ended up moving to the other side of town. My husband took our son, (we have 3 kids) to his appointment, and then told them that we would be looking for another dentist that is possibly closer, since we now lived over 20 minutes away, and then they ended up cancelling my daughters appointment without even letting me or my husband know. She has had a cavity, and so when I emailed to confirm the appointment, she said that they cancelled it! I was so upset! Luckily, we found another dentist and they could get our daughter in the very next day. It is very unprofessional to cancel someones childs appointment and not even let them know! Plus, if you want to schedule an appointment, expect it to be at least 2 months out, if not longer.

I switched all 4 of my children to Dr. Le at Kidspace, although its on the other side of town. They love kids and it shows!!!They showed genuine concern and care for my children, 2 of which are Autistic. The staff and Dentists are very knowledgeable and respectful! They gave me resources & information other dental offices didnt bother telling me. They were thorough in their diagnosis, action plan and patient information packets. Also, the dentist works with multiple anesthesiologists. My daughter needed sedation for her crowns and my insurance would only cover it if at a hospital. Dr. Les office was the only one I could find that would accommodate our situation. They have never had an uppity attitude, they actually treated me like I had some common sense. Some dental offices have treated me like Im dumb and are condescending. Kidspace treated me like an important person and listended to my concerns. I love Kidspace!!!!

This is a very busy place! My son has low functioning autism, and other developmental disorders. I was skeptical about taking him to a dentist . When we walked in the door to Kidspace Dentistry my son became excited ! He was thrilled with the games he could play while waiting for his appointed time with the dentist. The hygienist who checked and cleaned his teeth was amazing! She talked with my son...showed him all of the tools that she would use to check and clean his teeth, and so very , very slowly and carefully began the procedure . My son was very relaxed, and never once became upset. He is very inquisitive; after the procedure the hygienist took the time to answer all of his questions, and all of my questions as well. Dr. Le is very kind and caring...my son totally enjoyed him! We will definitely be making appointments for our other children !

This is the most terrible place you could take you child to get any type of dental work done! I took my 7yr old here and was the worst experience ever!! The dentist was very rude and insulting to me in front of my child and he also used excessive force to hold my son down. My son has anxiety and didnt make my child feel safe, he ignored my childs needs and told my child "Im tired of hearing your mouth!" He then walked out with out telling us anything about after care for the treatment. This is the worst childrens dental office ever!! Please do not take your children here!

This place is a nightmare!! I wouldnt rate them one star. This place needs to be shut down. Im reporting them from my last experience. Dr. Lee wouldnt work on my 7 year old daughter because she was crying, instead of encouraging her, he walked out like a child and said "Oh no I cant do this" Disgusting! Ive been in and out of that place so many times just do get my daughter braces. The staff said that I could just go somewhere else. Most ignorant, disgusting, lazy, ppl that work there. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE!
