My daughters temporary denture broke. Dr. Davis was in the network and he was a recommended option to fix the issue. My daughter and her father arrived and a X-ray was taken. They then sat for 2 hours and waited for Dr. Davis to finish his scheduled appointments. Dr. Davis at that time told my daughter that he didnt want to proceed with fixing her temporary denture. Instead of stopping at his right to refuse to do the work, he belittled her. He stated that he didnt know if she had a drug problem (she does not) or if she just didnt take care of her teeth but he was not willing to invest in assisting her. He then went on to say that asking for his help was like a 9 month pregnant lady coming in without medical records and expecting him to deliver. He told her no one was going to help her unless she went to the ER or a dental school. He was extraordinarily rude, thoughtless and cruel to a young woman who lost her teeth and was seeking assistance. He didnt have to take the case but he obviously has interpersonal problems. She ran out of the office embarrassed cried in the car. Since Dr. Davis didnt have the medical records...how would he have felt or what would he have said if she had mouth cancer, or lost her teeth due a viral infection. He completely destroyed a young woman and her confidence. Please do something about him.

I have only had 1 appointment and I am about to go in for extensive work. I have had some bad dental experiences in the past and I have been angry for some time, however, my wife is now demanding I do something to get out of pain. Ill start with a phone call to check prices and they were very up front about costs and it was significantly lower than the office that gave me a $17,000 estimate last week. I am not getting the same service so I cant directly say that the $5,100 before insurance discounts and their part taken out is the same. However they did quote roughly $10k for the equivalent service. The young woman dentist who looked at the destruction was very friendly and at one point when I said I wasnt sure how to pronounce her name she told me to call her Bo, I replied Dr. Bo because you earned the right to be given the respect of Dr. She was very nice and didnt make me feel pathetic for the condition the last dentist left me in when he ditched me without warning or even a response to why he wouldnt treat me any more. I am excited to see her again on Monday and then after we get the insurance figured out most likely finishing the work on the 26th since she has the whole day open.

I rarely go to the dentist because they always freak me out but had to go this time because my gum was hurting. I signed up for the $99 cleaning, x-ray, consultation deal. When Dr. Sim looked at my teeth however, he suggested that I should pull 2 of them (I knew that was coming!). I was really scared but he assured me that there would be no pain. Both him and his assistant was very nice about it; trying to calm my nerves saying that it wouldnt hurt. For someone who is scared of pain and dentists, I would say that this was the best dentist experience I have EVER had! There was no pain during the extractions and he and his assistant were both talking and making jokes during the process. As for the cost, I paid $346 for both teeth and I even got a goodie bag (with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss; no sweets!). Overall, I would say again that this was the best dentist experience I have ever had. Everyone was really nice and caring. I am happy that I made the decision to go to Smart Teeth!

I dont usually write reviews, but this time I believe that I should. I had a problem with a tooth, and I was desperately looking for a dentist. Im really scared of going to any kind of doctor and I was very annoyed that I didnt have any other choice. One of my friends urged me to try Smart Teeth, and I am very glad I listened to him. I was assigned Dr. Sung Sim. Dr. Sim was incredibly gentile, and I felt no pain whatsoever. He explained every procedure without losing his patience and I didnt even realize when the whole thing was over. My teeth look great and I frequently receive compliments from people on how pretty and white my teeth look. The office is brand new and features state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is so warm and friendly, that you feel like everybody there is determined to make you have a great experience, even though you are at the dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr Sim to anyone who is looking for a quality dentist.

Smart Teeth is by far the best Dental/Oral care I have received. I had a molar tooth extracted and before hand I was nervous and worried about the gory painful stories of dental work. I had also previously attended another affordable dental office. There I had experienced the most excruciating dental pain with oral care as I was not properly numbed while I had some dental work done, never to return. Encountering Smart Teeth affordable yet still afraid I would experience the gruesome pain I was proven wrong as Dr.Sims (I believe was the dentist to extract my tooth) was very clear on options. What would be in the best interest of patient. Properly numbed I experienced no pain and with friendly staff I was out of the building in no time and on with my day. I do strongly advise Smart Teeth to be a place for Dental/Oral care! I will be paying Dr.Sims more visits thanks to this experience!

While the staff was friendly and the office was very clean and high-tech, the "affordable" aspect was completely missing. I have a tooth that recently abscessed and dont have dental insurance. I went to Smart Teeth specifically because their website advertised flexible payment plans and lower prices on standard procedures. The prices they quoted me didnt seem affordable: $1800+ for root canal and crown, $2800 for an implant. When I asked about the payment options, Dr. Sim told me they had ended their partnership with ValueCare and only offer credit through Care Credit, which the website even said is "difficult to qualify" for (I did not qualify). I guess a real dentist office still isnt an option for the 25% of Americans without health insurance.

I am very grateful that the tooth that was killing me was taken care of but im not impressed with the dentist. He was rude and very judgmental during my appointment. Instead of listening to me he acted like I was just making up my complaint of pain. The assistant he had was fantastic very kind and asked me if I had any questions. I was so upset after my experience that I decided im going to look for a different dentist. This DDS was not a kind man and was rude and unhelpful. He did not tell me any care instructions after my traumatic tooth pull he just left the room. Dr. Sim is who I believe was my Dentist. I will not be returning.

Would highly recommend this dental office! Been there twice; for cleaning & an extraction. For the cleaning I really liked how kid friendly & welcoming the whole staff is. My two year old loved all the attention and acknowledgement he got from every single staff member. For my extraction I was a little nervous about feeling pain from past experience and I was very pleased how Dr Sim took care of my visit. Did not feel pain & walked out with a prescription for antibiotics & pain meds for after the extraction. Im glad I came to this office.
