I was a 26yo female when I saw Dr. Adler for skin problems i.e. acne. He did a great job clearing up my skin, however, he failed to mention the medicine he put me on is extremely dangerous and should not be used for more than 3-6 months at a time. It was only until my endocrinologist asked if I knew the side effects and long term health risks that I became educated about the drug. My endocrinologist had me stop the prescription immediately. I also have a good friend who stopped going to Dr. Adler because he failed to identify cancer on her lip. She specifically sought his advice and he said it was nothing. When she saw another dermatologist - he wouldnt let her leave the office. It was removed immediately and ended up being cancerous. Dr. Adler is great for botox and cosmetic procedures but does not have a handle on the medical side of dermatology...I would not recommend him to family or friends. He does not explain the harmful effects of what he gives you. The routine may be great short term but long term you could be facing a stroke or worse.

I saw Dr. Adler on Good Morning Texas several times talking about their acne procedures. I go to school here in Dallas and suffered from acne my whole life. I had the acne subcision procedure done over x-mas break and my skin was completely smooth by my next semester. Sounds cliche, but it changed my life.
