Outdated, cheap, mismatched decor combined with instant alienation from staff for purchasing a Groupon. Missing the point of making the patient feel at ease prior to even being seen. Dentist didnt even arrive until after we left around 10:20am and our appointment was for 9:30am. The only person who spoke fluent English in the office was the front desk clerk. The cleaning was a total of 5 minutes, which included flossing and a flat brush drill bit, no manual scrapping. No x-rays were taken because "no cavities were seen". Groupon payment included Dentist consultation, x-rays, and cleaning. Only a rushed cleaning done.
