I dont usually write review and I want to like this place but ended up in disappointment. The first couple of times was fine not until the last time. They charged me for service that I didnt do and when I did the deep cleaning they did not tell me that after a deep cleaning with them you can no longer return to a regular annual cleaning permanently. I did a deep cleaning as recommended by them. Months later when I came back for the maintenance cleaning, the lady at the front desk wanted me to pay and informed me that I will not get back to my annual cleaning permanently (maintenance cleaning cannot be covered by the insurance). The receptionist said once you have done a deep cleaning, you will have to be on maintenance cleaning forever and never return to annual cleaning but the hygienist didnt tell me that when I did the deep cleaning. I was trying to figure why other places allowed people to return to the annual cleaning eventually after a period of maintenance cleaning but not this place, but she cant explained. All that she said was "Is money more important to you or health more important to you?" Anyway, I proceeded with my cleaning since I have already took my time out from work but the teeth measurement she performed this time was the most painful experience ever and it never happened like this before (No, it wasnt my gum issues, my gum is healthy especially after she did the deep cleaning and it shouldnt be painful) I did not do the X-ray that day, but they charged me for the service. I told the receptionist about the extra charges and she agreed to fix it but hasnt. I called my insurance company after a couple of days after yet they did not receive any calls from the dental office to correct the extra charges. I called the dental office again, Angel said she will ask the receptionist to fix it, so will see. My other experience told me that you could return back to a regular annual cleaning eventually after a period of maintenance cleaning when I had a deep cleaning with another dentist. I dont know if other places are the same, but many of my friends told me the same thing that they returned to annual cleaning eventually.

Easily one of the most unprofessional and inept professional experiences in Miami - and thats saying a lot. I called to make a cleaning appointment and provided my updated insurance information after being a client for over a year & explaining I recently switched insurance providers. The girl on the phone informed me she would verifying my insurance and then set up the appointment. Fast forward a week later, I received a voicemail confirming the appointment. Then on to the date of the appointment, I took a half day from work, drove 45 mins, dealt with and paid for parking in down town Miami. Arrived to the office on time where Im told by the same girl in person, with a clueless smile, that my insurance is actually an HMO and not a PPO, the only kind they accept, but that Im more than welcome to keep my appointment and pay a $90 fee. Infuriated I immediately leave to call my insurance provider directly to find an HMO provided, but decided to call to speak with the Dentist or office manager directly. The office manager gets on the line and proceeds to speak over me and repeatedly lie to me stating she personally called me and left a message stating my insurance wasnt accepted. I must be the only person with an iPhone that did receive either her voicemail or a notification of a missed call - or more likely its just her lying to me thats just another indication of the unprofessionalism one can expect from this dentist office. I made sure to ask her to inform the Dr that I would never be returning there as a client and will be sharing this inept and ridiculous waste of my time story with all my friends and colleagues.

I came to see Dr. Bahmadi, initially for Invisalign treatment. Her pricing is extremely competitive and her premises are extremely well located. For anyone in the Downtown, Brickell area this is a convenient spot to visit during your working hours. From the first to the last member of Dr. Bahmadis team deserves praise for their attention to detail. The offices are well maintained and spotless throughout. Lizzie, at the front desk, the first person you will most likely meet on visiting Dr. Bahmadis practice, is always extremely friendly, attentive and above all efficient (exactly what you would want from the person that will be managing your bookings and your insurance claims). Sandra, Dr. Bahmadis oral hygienist, is also worth a mention in that my recent cleaning with her was probably the best since I first landed in Miami four years ago from the UK. I appreciate her clear enthusiasm for the job and the time she took to explain thoroughly specificities relating to my teeth and how I should take note of them when brushing and flossing etc It is clear that Dr. Bahmadi runs a tight ship which inspires confidence so I had no doubt that my consultation with her would go well. She was detailed, informative and above all frank in that she had no hesitation in painting a full picture of the advantages, drawbacks and full cost of Invisalign treatment. In my experience this honesty is rare and it is for that I will be going back again and again. Ive found my dentist.

It is easy to forget you are at the dentist office as the feeling lends itself to being at a health spa. For these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Dr. Bahmadi and Ultra Smile Dentistry.

Dr. Bahmadis cordial staff immediately set up my initial appointment, and Dr. Bahmadi personally was involved in all aspects of diagnosing and with treatment of my dental conditions. I am very pleased with Dr. Bahmadis patient friendly personality, vast categorical expertise, incredibly gentle, pain free, corrective surgical skills, leading edge dental appartus, positive "can do" attitude, and wonderful oral care results. You can be confident from the minute you come in the door, you will be met with the most accommodating staff of professionals, from the receptionists, to oral hygienists, X-ray technician, to Dr. Bahmadi herself. I recommend Dr. Bahmadi whole-heartedly.

My new favourite Dentist! Ever since I switched over to Ultra Smile I couldnt be happier. The location is perfect as I live in Brickell and can just hop on the metro mover and there in 5 min. Everyone that works at Ultra Smile are so nice and welcoming. Cleanings have been as pleasant as they can be. Dr. Bahmadi is very attentive and seems to be genuinely concerned with my teeth. Other dentists Ive had rarely spend much time with me so its nice to get quality attention. I also like how I get alerts for appts via text message, makes it easier for me to remember. Overall a great experience here. If you live in downtown Miami or Brickell Ultra Smile is the place for you.
