RIP OFF ALERT - Does not take insurance they claim to accept. Went for 2 cleanings that are 100% covered by my plan. After the second cleaning they tried to bill me $430!!! Without approval, or notification of any kind. Why would I schedule another appointment if you do not accept my insurance? Why would I not receive a bill one year ago when you found out you do not accept my insurance?? Why would you lie to customers about accepting insurance when you clearly do not?! Office is very nice, and so are the staff. But only go if you want to get scammed, lied to and pay 3x the standard rate for regular procedures.

Dr. Quintero and his Staff show professionalism and sincere caring! The equipment and the products that he has in the beautiful and welcoming office, makes you feel relax. His gentle hands, the massage chair, and the flavorful anesthesia made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. I also was very surprised and pleased to see the before and after pictures of my dental work. No dentist has done this before for me. I have been coming to HQ since 2010. I have always had a great experience. I try to do between 2 to 4 cleanings a year for preventive reasons. The entire team does an amazing job specially you always feel well taking care off. It is important to mention that they have nice headphones ready to use for each visit. I more than recommend this practice to anyone needs a dental service in the Brickell area.
