I had an unbelievably perfect experience with Dr. Federer. Dr. Federer delivered our second baby this past weekend and her knowledge and care were unexpected and above and beyond. I previously had a miscarriage and was very anxious during my pregnancy. Dr. Federer was there to answer questions and provide me with options that made me feel most comfortable about my birth. My preference is unmedicated birth with little as interventions as possible. I felt my needs were heard and the health of me and the baby we always first and foremost. The office staff was outstanding and always so polite. The nurses and medical staff were wonderful and the ultrasound technician was experienced and comforting. I give Dr. Michelle Federer and her staff the highest recommendation.

Twice now my wife has left this office crying after being mistreated by the women at the front desk. She has also talked to multiple women who have had similar experiences. They have zero respect and have zero professional and organizational skills. Please DO NOT join this practice.

I love michelle herself but her front desk staff is so unorganized that it makes me glad I am transferring out of her office! She is a great doctor! Please get a new staff!
