I am a college student at NKU but am originally from Lexington, KY. When I moved up here for school two years ago, I had to find new places to meet all of my medical needs; eye doctor, dentist etc. One of my friends recommended Wing Eye Care in Cold Spring. I was able to visit their website online which I really liked because I was able to learn about them and their availability. I called and was able to schedule an appointment that fit into my busy agenda. The day of my appointment, I got there early and was called back early. The staff and optomitrist were all extremely friendly and approachable. Check out was very organized and comfortable at the end of the appointment. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and have been coming back ever since. Thanks Wing Eye Care!

We have been long time customers of this particular Wing Eyecare. We had a problem with them about a year ago, but they contacted us after seeing our negative review, and have resolved all our problems. I meant to change this review last year, and completely forgot. Dave, their office manager, is one of the nicest guys weve ever dealt with, and he constantly goes out of his way to ensure that we are fully satisified. Even though a new location is opening in Newport soon in the new Newport Plaza, unless they treat us better than we are being treated in Cold Spring, well continue going to the Cold Spring location. Unless Dave leaves...then were going where ever he goes.

My entire experience at this establishment was positive from the moment I first walked in. The young dark haired receptionist was my first contact and she made me feel very comfortable and important. The young man that performed the screening is a definite asset to this company. He is professional, pleasant and very thorough as is the doctor. I cannot praise these people enough. Strongly recommend this place to those people who need glasses. The glasses are well made with good prices. They also offer the service to change your lens with old frames. The people working in the store are super nice and friendly, especially the store manager Jessica, she will help you with patience until you are satisfied, so no pressure at all to shop in their stores. I had a very happy and positive experience of getting new glass and sun glass from this store.

My Husband went in to have his eyes examined. He has a lot of problems with his eyes and requires very specific prescription. The doctor took her time and really examined him. She made sure he had exactly what he needed. She also made sure he followed up with her. Jessica, the general manager at the store, helped him pick out frames that flattered his face. She was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Though I havent been here for an exam, every time I come in to look at glasses, sunglasses, safety glasses or ask question with the staff I am very pleased with their customer service. They are such an energetic, fun group of ladies. They are always so helpful and can always answer all my questions. I will always stop at the wing eye care in Cold spring for my eye care needs!

Ive been going to Wing for eye exams for several years, and always have had good experiences. My only complaint would be how often doctors seem to come and go at this location. I feel like Ive seen somewhat different almost every time Ive gone. Exams have still been great, so hopefully the current doctor stays for a while!
