Went to Dr Paulls office without an appointment right before a trip to NY. I needed some contacts very urgently. The receptionist said there were no openings available but took the initiative to talk to the doctor. Dr. Paull was very kind to see me and did a thorough examination. I got a discount for purchasing the entire prescription at once. But unfortunately they were missing one set of contacts. They sent me on my trip with 3 sets of contacts and sent the remaining 2 boxes via the mail. I would recommend them for anyone who wants great friendly service.

Dr. Paull was so friendly and kind and helpful when I came in, utterly clueless, and just said I wanted an eye exam to get a prescription for contacts. She gave some great general advice and recommendations about when/how to use and care for them, and helped me find a good brand that worked for my eyes. She was great, especially with someone who knew absolutely nothing about contact lenses and needed lots of guidance.

Not thrilled. The front desk lady tried to be a know it all on my insurance and then sort of argued with me about the specifics. The rooms were hot which was not a good environment for the exam , testing etc. It made me feel like I wanted to pass out. Lastly I was not happy with the way I was treated on my contact consultation. I probably will go somewhere else. ehhh.

Made an appointment online, but the receptionist had no idea we were coming. Then he argued with me over whether my insurance had listed them as a provider. Not impressed.
