Spent almost $800 in this office on my 2 daughters. One has contacts. We walked out of the office with trial contacts that lasted 2 months I was told that we would be getting more in the mail we never received them so I did call back and that was six months later that I called back..somtimes life gets in the way. The first person I spoke with said that I had only paid for 6 months of contacts when I knew that I had paid for a year because I got the free sunglasses and free shipping the manager finally calls me and tells me "well I have a tracking number from UPS that says that they were delivered to you" when I ask her for the tracking number "oh I dont have it right now". She was supposed to call me back and give me the tracking number ...she never did. So I paid for a year of contacts that Im not getting .they said they would give me more if I paid $90 more...each eye. The lady on the phone did not want to help. She had no proof that they had been shipped. We left there with temporary contacts In My Daughters Eyes.... we were supposed to call back and let them know that those contacts were okay to order and ship but we never did. So it looks like they didnt ship them.

Have had problems with this optometrists office trying to get trial contacts and prescription. I was told I can not get my contact prescription until the trial contact comes in, but it has been on back order, never got a call to let me know. I get one answer from one person and a different one from someone else with a very uncaring attitude. Dr. Ambrose was very nice during my exam but, I wonder if he knows how disorganized his front office is. Good customer service is what brings customers back. I dont think I will use this optometrist again.

Having been a customer for 3 years, I did NOT appreciate my exam costing nearly 2.5x more then previous years. When asking what changed their response was theyre a new company now "MyEyeDr" and prices went up. They did not disclose this to me as a returning customer prior to my exam and explained they are not aloud to disclose the significant price increase. I will no longer be a customer to this branch solely for the outrageous price increase. Drs and staff are not the issue, cost of service is.

Spent 726.00 between glasses contacts and exam. Money was not the issue. The glasses were 409 plus all the extras. First pair broke while being adjusted, second pair completely warped, third pair ajustments were minimal because they didnt feel comfortable did to issues with the first 2. Well because they still did not fit my face I had to buy some silicone things for them to stay on my face. Now it is a pain in the ass to put on my glasses everyday. So very disappointed

Ive never been to an optometrists office that was so unwilling to give trial contacts. I feel like Ive had to jump through hoops every single time Ive called or gone in for contacts, prescriptions, etc.

I called to schedule a eye exam same day because I am a chef and the lady Don acted like she couldnt hear me and immediately hung up bad customer service I dont think I want to go here.
