The first time I visit office I am already disappointed and yet I know the dentist Mr Anas the one who gave me his business card I hate to see mediocre customer service they have brought hespanish girls from Mexicans who have no profile to be at the office and has no personality Leave the phone call they gave me an appointment at 4 oclock and then when I got there she told me yesterday in 4:30 to 5:20 I am not yet happened when I ask him how it will take time to I want to see the dentist she answered me with malice I do not know everything depends on people who are already inside I was saying but why you give me an appointment at 4 oclock it is already the pass 5 pm Im still waiting mediocre customer service I leave this office

So, I bought an xray, exam, and cleaning coupon on Groupon. I have done this before. Every single time (Ive been going to the dentist twice a year since I had teeth) Ive ever gotten a cleaning, its been the scraping with the hooks (plaque removal) and then the polish. Every time. I get here and they say plaque removal is an extra $50. Now, I wasnt necessarily unwilling to pay more, but I didnt have the money with me at the time, and I was assuming they were going to do a full cleaning. They should have made that clear. They also should not have let me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and another half hour in the exam room. Very strange pricing system, and its not in the best area.

I truly love this place! First time me and my family go there, all employees are very welcoming and nice! My husband was playing around saying some coffee would be nice and they actually gave him a cup, some nice nurse put Netflix on the waiting room for my kids to watch and asked what they wanted to see. Dr F.. was so great with my daughter and sweet, 1st time getting work done on her and the other employees were sweet as well. Love the service and I sure do recommend it . Great experience my daughter said "they were so nice " to her.

Great Dentist! I live in Anaheim and willing to drive to this clinic despite traffic and distance! Dr. Fayoumi is a professional dentist, his assistants and staff are great too! Highly recommended!
