Before I start, I must give credit to one woman in particular that works there. She will take good care of you. I spoke with her before I left forever on 9/29/16 around 2pm. She is the amazing. This is why I will never go back. 1) They forgot to log in my appointment after my 1st visit earlier in the month. I had to call them this morning to get my appointment time. I was told 11am, but I know I asked for the earliest time 20 something days ago. Not a problem. 2) I check in at 10:50. There are ants on the only toy for children to play with. Im not too concerned because I do not have my children with me. 3) 1 hour goes by.. getting annoyed 4) 2 hours go by... Im praying for patience. They finally open the door and call my name, but I ask them to service a senior blind man before me. it didnt happen. They took me too my room to be serviced. 5) 10 minutes go by in the room, no service. To make matters worse, the person that guided me to the room took the fan out the room and went to another room. I endured for another 30 minutes in a hot room 6) Once the sweat started to roll down my forehead, I left. This place is great for senior citizens that dont mind the wait, and cant travel to Torrance, downtown LA, or Culver City. An upgrade in facilities, and better management skills would lead this place in the right direction for the future.

Dr. Bingham is good very good.... Most of her patients are elderly people so that makes for a long wait. But its worth it to me because I absolutely hate the dentist
