On my first appointment, I gave the secretary detailed instructions on making sure to receive all information from my former dentist. I asked to reschedule if they did not get the all the information. They did not get all the information and did not notified me. I was upset and disappointed. Dr. Shawn shares lot of detailed information that is beneficial for your dental health care needs. On a Saturday, I left a voicemail canceling an appointment for a Wednesday. The following Wednesday, I called and rescheduled an appointment for Thursday. When I showed up on Thursday, they canceled my appointment and blamed my voicemail for the weekend before in regards to the cancellation. I was upset. I let them know they made a mistake, they denied their mistake. Dr. Shawn went home early, so I showed up to no doctor. I changed my work schedule to come in to get molding done for a retainer. A week later, they "let me go" because I was not "fit" for them. Front desk staff is incompetent. Very disappointed that a person wont take responsibility for their actions. Clean facilities with up to date technology.

I have been to many different dentists and dental offices from UCLA, downtown LA, stanton, and Irvine. From the moment I stepped in, the staffs were friendly. I was explained every paperwork that had to be signed. Sat down w/ Dr Lee who provided thorough explanation/consultation after my xrays were taken using new/clean/advanced technology. In fact, returned again with my mother and husband who were also very pleased with their treatments. We once thought my mother was going to need a huge and expensive treatment, turns out that some minor treatments and clean up was all she need. So we definitely trust that this office will not make us do anything unnecessary for their financial profits. Personally felt that their goal is to preserve your natural teeth as long as possible. They also have a small area where the kids can play video games. maybe it was an xbox or playstation. not too familiar with those.

The place is very clean with very new equipments. Staffs are very lovely and nice. My dentist was Kevin Lin, he was very professional and explains in details of what hes doing. Highly recommend!

Crystal Clear

Still need more information but they came across as an upselling type of dentistry. Time to find a new dentist.
