Warning: horrible place - stay away from all Bright Now dental locations. Youve been warned. I think the entire Bright Now Dental chain runs a complete scam. The $29 intro special is not even worth $29. They set me up with an appointment, in which I specifically made it clear I want a general cleaning. They said to come in. Two hours I wasted of my day for this appointment they not only did not even have a dental hygienist there to do a cleaning, but tried to tell me I need over $2000 in dental work PLUS a deep cleaning, which is a lot extra. This is completely untrue as my normal dentist had just seen me not even a year ago and found my teeth in great condition and not in need of anything whatsoever. These people are like used car salesmen. $29 and I did not even get the cleaning I came in for and they refused to refund me even that. Stay away. I will never return to any Bright Now dentist.

Desde que entre a la clínica el personal de enfrente se portaron muy amables y serviciales y muy dispuestas a hayudarme. El personal de la parte de atrás tanto el doctor y los hayudantes de dentistas e incluso el que hace las limpiezas y toma los rayos X se portaron muy amables y me hicieron sentir como en casa e incluso mejor. En general todo fue una grande y excelente experiencia.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and well organized... I am happy to have found such great dental office near me, Overall very clean. They greet each and every patient in a warm and friendly manner. I would like to recognize Registered Dental Assistant Aurora for going beyond her job always explaining each step in detail, starting with the x-ray process straight to the actual procedure. Its nice to see them work as a team they offer help to other assistants during their time of need. I would like to give Bright Now Dental- Wilmington 5 stars

All I gota say is A1 I was afraid of the root canal procedure I needed bc of wat pple told me about how painful its gona be but at this place they not only told me it wasnt gona be painful they proved it Dr Hadadeen and his assistant Belem got rid of all my fears and took damn gd care of me even took selfies and snapchat vids while doin the job lol if anyone needs a root canal I seriously recommend coming here if I had to do it all over again I would it was kinda fun an experience I wont forget Thank You

Amazing staff! Everyone is so nice and always very helpful. I have braces and I require a lot of dental work as well as ortho visits and I can tell you I have no complaints. Im definitely a happy patient and I have referred Bright Dental to my family and friends. :) oh and The Manager there, Ms. Ramona certainly knows how to make you smile. :) Insurance can sometimes be a pain to deal with but, she lets you know of all the options there is before committing.

I recently changed dentist to the Bright Now! Dental office in Wilmington. The staff the was really courteous and friendly. Even as busy as they were, the staff takes the time to take care of each patient individually. The dental hygienist is awesome. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!!!

I always have a great experience at Bright Now Dental in Wilmington. The staff is great .; very professional but most of all very friendly. My dentist is amazing what hes done with my dental work. Buy the ladies at the front are always very helpful and accommodating. I always leave feeling better then when I arrive.

The service was good but they overcharged me for my root canal about 500 more than it should have been Im currently looking for another dentist 1490 exactly got the root canal and crown with insurance and I went somewhere else after and they only charged 1120 without insurance =[
