I took my dog in two days ago because she had parvo and was very weak. While Im thankful for the treatment she received that led to her recovery I had a very negative experience in terms of their customer service. The doctor gave me an amount of $400 for the initial 24 hours and $150 each additional day. Gave a deposit of $500 when I left her which included the "initial 24 hours" and the visit and parvo test. I came back 24 hours later, had a visit with my dog before I left as she had to stay another day, the doctor left for the day without even mentioning anything other than she would be switching to oral medicine and didnt go over cost and when I asked the front desk rep she seemed clueless and wanted to give me a price off the top of her head, when I told her I wanted a clear price she looked in their system and claimed I already owed another $283 (all this excess amount still within the 24 initial hours) and claimed there would be even more cost added for the additional day. After letting her know and the nurse who was in the room with doctor and I when I was given w lesser amount, she called the doctor but not until after she tried telling me the doctor had quoted me a larger amount which was untrue. After semi correcting the amount, I received no update call at all today before I picked her up even though I had gotten one yesterday. When I picked her up the doctor was in and clearly knew I was there because I overheard the nurse tell her and she remained at her computer and didnt even bother coming to update me or give me tips on the medicine my dog was prescribed or what to do in the upcoming two weeks she will be under that medication. Once again, the problem wasnt with the treatment but rather the poor customer service I received, the large discrepancy in the bill and the doctors indifference to offering further assistance after I rightfully requested I be charged the correct amount, and while I understand that pricing may change depending on the treatment they saw fit as she was seen, I received no calls to advice of the difference in pricing.

They have always been utterly amazing, and weve dealt with all sorts of fun medical issues with our dogs. We foster with a rescue group, and I bring out foster dogs in whenever they have an issue. They are not the absolute cheapest of vets, but they are an excellent example of getting what you pay for. More than you pay for, really. Theyve helped me out, even when I come screaming in at 3 minutes to close with a dog who managed to rip his own toe nail out, instead of sending me to the emergency vet. One of our fosters had a horrible eye infection, and needed eye drops 3-4 times a day, and they allowed us to bring her in for their help when I or my husband were home alone. (It took two people to get her medicated, poor little fuzz ball.) Every day. For weeks. Thats some serious dedication. And they never charged anything for it. I love these people, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love love love this vet. Ive transitioned all 3 of my pets here and couldnt be happier. I was still maintaining a vet that was 30 miles away because it was more cost efficient but I have found their prices here to be comparable and not highly inflated like other Dallas vets. Their care and facilities are far superior on the exemplary level. I use them for boarding, baths to surgery. Ive used all 3 of the veternarians here and could not be happier.

This vets office is one of the premiere vet locations in North Texas. I have never seen such genuine care like I have here. They offer guests coffee, its always laid back, the treatment rooms are spacious and always clean, and the vets and their assistants are very kind, never rushed, and always ready to LISTEN to what you have to say about your pet. As long as Im in Dallas, this is my veterinarian.

Dr.Farr has been the most amazing vet I could ever ask for. My dog has year long allergies and constant skin/eye/ear infections and she has helped me tremendously through all of this. I will go to this vet as long as I live in anywhere in the area. Hands down the best veterinary care I could EVER ask for.
