Thank sweet Jesus for the folks at Southbury Urgent Care. My family doctor retired after the New Year and my first scheduulded wellness Visit with his replacement actually coincided with a serious skin condition that required immediate attention. The family doctor brushed of my questions and sent me off with no medication or advice other than to keep my appointment with the dermatologist later that week. So...unsatisfied, to say the least, I visited Urgent Care directly after leaving the office. Dr. Wood took his time to assess my case, engaged in meaningful dialogue to understand the circumstances in which the condition had manifested itself, ACTUALLY PRESCRIBED MEDICINE all with professionalism and courtesy. What a relief! My symptoms were relieved by his diagnosis and treatment and was his actions were confirmed by my dermatologist days later. GO TEAM URGENT CARE SOUTHBURY!!!

I had an issue with finding my Immunization Forms for college, I was confused about what I needed done or where to go. I tried to figure it out for a month and a half, and I got nowhere, even with health services at my college. I came to PhysicianOne late Monday afternoon, got some more info, and came back 2 days later to find that they could do EVERYTHING, would do it on the spot, and were flexible with my insurance. Dr. Bernd Woerner, and his ENTIRE staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my individual needs. They were thorough, and also made sure I got a full physical. What took me months to fail was accomplished by them in 2 days. I would not go or send anyone anywhere else, ever. 6 stars! I grade hard too...

An absolute must first stop! I have been here twice now, and had an great experience every time. Every member of their staff is extremely friendly, warm and professional. Their doctors take the time to address every concern and tell you what they think is wrong and why. We all dread the ER and this is the place to go instead. My longest wait was 30 minutes and every chair was filled in the waiting room. This will always be my first stop for emergency medical needs and should be yours too.

I have been to this Urgent Care many times over the years and I always leave more than satisfied with their help. Not only are they quick and efficient, but they are patient, explain everything thoroughly and clearly and most notably, a joy to interact with! Despite being there for sickness or ailments, the staff always manage to send me out with a smile on my face! (A special shout out to Dr. Wood for being my doctor the past two visits and making me laugh on both occasions!

Id give this place a better rating because the staff was great. The wait was a little long but nothing I want prepared for. The thing that bothers me most is that I was told to wait for copies of my X-rays which took forever. I ended up leaving without the copies because I couldnt afford to wait any longer. I arrived at the pharmacy they had told me they called my prescription in to only to find the pharmacy had not yet received it.

This is a wonderful facility. Every time Ive been here they are courteous, efficient, professional, and extremely competent. I am so glad that this facility is in Southbury, Connecticut (where I live) and will continue to use it with confidence it in emergency situations.

I couldnt get an appointment with my doctor, so I registered on line because I was in pain. The process was so efficient my wait time was less than a minute. I was seen very quickly, diagnosed, and on my way in no time. I highly recommend Urgent Care to anyone.
