Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, but that gave me a false sense of confidence that I was in good hands, which made the situation worse. 2 frames and 3 lense reworks and about 10hrs of time trying to get my prescription and lenses to work and in the end I returned them all for a refund... A refund which took me OVER 6 MONTHS and a dozen calls to receive. And when I got it they changed me a 20% fee. I asked why i was charged the extra $110 and they just said it was store policy and that was that. Like I said, everyone is very nice and helpful... But over all inept at their jobs. And once they have your money, good luck getting it back. Buyer beware.
