bought three pairs of glasses between husband and wife. husband BOUGHT TWO PAIRS can not wear at all he has been back a number of times. told the lenses not rotated correctly . Still cant wear Ive had mine remade once and still after wearing a full day they cause a blinding headache . When you go in for help you have to stand at a counter , they dont seat you to try to resolve the issue you have to stand . very dissatisfied AND OUT A LOT OF MONEY

The guy with eyeglasses and brown hair was kind of rude at the end of my transaction. He really dont have any customer skills....regardless of what my options were to have an eye exam or not...if was nice I shpuld have done the exam but since the treatment was rude like my money was not a good business. .I will never come back to this location....rude customer service

AWFUL! NEVER GO THERE. Even if you have an appt you will wait forever. My 5 yr old had an appt and waited an hour and a half and never saw the doctor because we had to leave. The workers have horrible customer service skills and the 3x I have been there I have had issues. I will NEVER go back. Do not go to this location!

Dont come to this location. They only have 1 doctor and we had to wait over 2 hours for a eye exam. The staff was slow. We had a appt which meant nothing. I will never come here again.

40 minutes after I got there and 30 minutes after my appt time I got fed up and left. I have never had that kind of wait for an eye appointment before.
