We brought our dog there so they can look at the bumps under his chin. It wasnt going away after 3 weeks so we were starting to get worried. One of the ladies there with short hair said it was just acne and will go away on its own and give it a few weeks, even though i explained the bumps were there for almost a month. We brought our dog to another pet hospital to get him neutered and they noticed the bumps and said this is definitely cause for concern! They gave us ointment for that area, and we started seeing improvement right away. My rating is a 1 star due to wrong diagnosis, and for lack of attention - she mustve looked at our dog for less then 5 seconds before saying " oh its nothing, itll go away". She spent more time, however, selling us their yearly plan. This a money hungry place, and the services are way overpriced. I suggest to all of you to compare pricing to see for yourselves before going there.

It will be three weeks tomorrow when I woke up early and noticed my 15 year old cat was barely moving and sick. I had never been to Brooklyn Park Vet before but they told me to come asap. When I got there, everyone was so kind. Unfortunately my sweet kitty did not make it. She died that morning :(. The vet took care of everything. They made sure she was comfortable and that I was ok. Not only did they make a mold of my cats paw print, I also received a call to check up on me and see how I was doing. Yesterday I received a sympathy card in he mail from them. Everyone had signed it and my cats actual paw print was on the card. There was a note in there that said a donation was being made to Homeward Bound in honor of my cat. This vet goes above and beyond. I will be a continued customer from now on. They are amazing. Thank you Brooklyn Park Vet, you helped me through a very rough time in my life!

I was referred to Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital by a family member after my cat was diagnosed with diabetes at another veterinary clinic. I decided to try out Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital and to get a second opinion on treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Jami Stromberg went out of her way to answer my many questions and concerns and to figure out a game plan for treatment. Not only was the plan of action more conservative but the cost was a lot less! I feel very confident in the level of care my cat recieved and look forward to building a relationship with this clinic in the future. Thanks for giving my cat and I new hope for treatment that is affordable and top notch!

There is a vet tec in there we really like. But we will not see her if it cost him lack of quality service on from others besides her there. If your looking for price dont go there this place is very expensive and there always trying to up sale you to get more money. My dog is my world and deserves top quality care noting less. He went in for a some red spots on his inner leg that keep showing up and more before the went away. They first gave him a liquid medicine that was to strong for his body Waite and size.He keep throwing up Then when we came back they finely gave us a spray and charged us for that one as well

We came to find Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital after a terrible experience at another local vet that we had been at for a couple years. Weve been bringing our cats here now for about 5 years and couldnt be happier with the move. Theyve helped us through some tough times the past couple of years and have always been honest, fair, respectful and compassionate. I simply cannot recommend these guys enough. Were so thankful that we finally have a vet who cares about our fur babies as much as we do.

Dr. Stromberg is the only vet I will ever use. My family has used the Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital services for over 15 years. Dr. Stromberg and her highly trained staff give excellent care at an affordable price. I always get top notch, personalized service and I know they care for my pet as I do. BPPH is the best! Drs. Stromberg and Christopher are fabulous professionals who always take the time thats needed for each pet and owner. Kathy, the unflappable receptionist, is a pleasure to talk with and she along with the rest of the staff are phenomenal! Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital is the best pet hospital i have ever been to.You can tell that they care about every pet that walks though the door. Drs. Stromberg and Christiphore are great and know what they are talking about. Not to mention there welcoming committee consisting of 2 lazy cats Crash and Rosie and a talkitive dog named Gabe.

When Dr Stromberg bought this practice we transferred the records of our "kids" to Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital before their next scheduled visit. She is the kind of vet that inspires that type of loyalty. She has created a place that I will always bring my four-legged kids, Highly recommend you make the switch yourself.

We had great experiences with this vet when we lived in the area, and after we moved, they still took care of us by mailing our records to us. They might be on the more expensive side, but they arent nearly as expensive as Banfield, and for us, the value was worth it.

This place is a disgrace to vets everywhere. Money hungry staff that charges 3-5X the standard rate for everything they do. Be prepared to have test afetr test after test ran on your animal. This is their way of running up the fees. NEVER GOING BACK!

The customer service is always friendly. The vet and assistants provide information of what actions will take place before and after each visit. There is never a long wait to be seen and making appointments are easy in person or over the phone.

Weve gone to BPPH for almost 10 years (since we moved to Brooklyn Park). They are very friendly and compassionate. When one of our cats was ill, Dr. Stromberg and her staff reached out to us every day or so to check in.

This place is racist and PITBULL HATERS. Do NOT take your pooch here if it is a "pitbull". They should have a warning or disclaimer sign: "NO PITBULLS PLEASE.-->We wont treat dogs equally here."
