I have been using this vet for the past 8 years or so for my English Bulldog. Have had a few errors and mis diagnoses. But overall Tank liked it and was happy to keep going there. Last February Tank started having seizures. He had 5 from Sunday to Monday when I could bring him in. After arriving at the vet and he had another in the front lobby. Went into a room and she checked him out and explained why testing wouldnt be beneficial and things were going to get worse. The vet left and the tech came in. Took his temp and explained he was endothermic and gums were white. The vet returned and advised me that I should put Tank down. Then proceeded to tell me "if you take him home it could be detrimental to Tank and myself as the owner. " I couldnt do it I paid and left the clinic. He since has had 5 or 6 seizures but has always come out of them being the same Tank he was before. Sorry for the long review but I am so happy I didnt take the vets recommendation and put him down. He had his 11th birthday and has been happy and healthy since. I will not be returning to the Coon Rapids Pet Hospital again.

Im a first time dog adopter and brought in my pup for her first exam. The Golden Valley Humane Society gives you a list of clinics and this is one that is listed as one they trust. They were right to point me in this direction. I was greeted warmly by the staff and vet techs and my questions were fully answered. I went to Dr.Johnson and was so thankful for her professionalism and passion for animals. I will be going back for a very long time.

Horrible! I went to this clinic years ago and had many fabulous years. We went back after adopting another dog and now having three dogs. The Doctor and technician did not listen to our concerns about our dog nor did they correctly read the notes from Emergency vet clinic from 10 days ago. I am very disappointed in their change in level of customer service. Recommend a different clinic if you want what is best for your pet!

Been bring my animals there for a few years now. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They are a bit more expensive then other places around but after having my 20 yr old cat wrongly diagnosed at one of those I went here and was able to get him the right diagnoses and treatment he needed.When we had to put one of our cats down they were very very caring and compassionate during the whole process.

I absolutely love this place. They are always so nice to myself and my dog Lucky. There patient with him as well, at times he can he a bit unruly but they just laugh and dont make me feel bad. I have never felt taken advantage of by them financially and they have been extremely understanding when ive been in a money crunch. I will always go here and highly recommend others to do the same. Visits felt rushed and office visits are very expensive. A lot of information about the care of my cat was left out and during his recheck visit I didnt even see the doctor, so I had to call them later and have the receptionist relay all my questions by phone. I would also advise not making an appointment toward the end of the day as theyre super busy getting everyone out before closing.

Has a very friendly staff and warm comfortable environment. They are very good at explaining whats wrong and what kind of procedures are necessary to make your animal well. Ive been bring my dogs to them for a couple of years and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend going and checking them out for your pet and I doubt you will be disappointed.

got us in from the ER for our Dog when no other vet would even take him do to his ailment. They were able to fix him up same day! Our big baby LOVES the staff at the CR Pet Hospital! The prices are affordable and they accept Care Credit! Love the staff! we are switching over to this clinic for all o ur babies!!!

Very positive experience. The atmosphere at the clinic is very homey, calm, and inviting. The staff are really friendly and accommodating to answering questions. I brought my cat here for a neuter and I felt like he was in the best of hands. Great staff and great medical care! Highly recommend.

The vet we saw, Dr. Johnson, was very thorough and professional. All of the staff were very caring and pleasant. They communicated with us very well. Our dog is elderly and they have been helpful in dealing with his aging issues. We received excellent care and would recommend them to anyone

Vary help full super nice and friendly people. been bringing my puppy here sens 7 Weeks.. vary clean. I have brought my other 2 Dogs to other vets and will no longer go any where else but here. The exam may be a little more then some places but its still vary reasonable

I brought in my two 8 week old pups in for there first set of shots and the staff was soo nice!! They answered all of our questions without hesitation and we had a lot of of questions! i would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic!

Charged 75.00 for a stool sample and told me there was nothing wrong. Took my dog to another vet the day after and found he hard worms and giardia. Asked for my money back for being lied to and they refused and was rude about it.

Pressured into treatment for assumed disorders that didnt exist and didnt get regular vaccines. Poor communication from vet, Bailey Johnson. Time to find a new vet.
