I was looking for a place that not only was covered by my insurance but also had the glasses i wanted. I went somewhere else at first but I didnt like their selection on glasses and when i came across Arbor Eye Center, which is right by my house, i was so happy. I called and they pulled the frames i wanted right away and told me to just contact the prior store i had gone to and stop the process on the previous glasses i chose so i did and within minutes i was at Arbor Eye Center and they had already called and gotten my benefits reloaded. They had the frames ready right away for me to try on to make sure i loved them as much as i had thought and i did. They are very quick, polite, and kind to their customers. I have never written a review before but this place made it easy to want to share the wonderful experience that i had with them. I definitely recommend them 100%.

I feel so fortunate that I stumbled upon this practice. I was looking for an in network provider who was close to my home so I chose this office. What a lucky find! Dr. Crothers is a fantastic doctor. She is highly educated and knowledgeable. She has a great "bedside" manner. And shes great with kids! Both my daughter and I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this office. They are all wonderful!

Very professional staff, super-friendly, and unbelievably fast turn-around. Prices on glasses are kind of high, but its worth it to me for the full-service. When my daughter had problems with her glasses (her fault, not theirs), they told me to come over right away, they took the glasses, fixed the problem and handed them back to us within 30 minutes. And all at no extra charge! Awesome coffee machine in the waiting room, too!!!

From the doctor(s) to the assistants to the front office staff, this place is phenomenal all around. The doctor takes the time to explain her thought process and always gives me some options (more aggressive approach, less aggressive, etc.) The office is modern and clean. The front office staff is extremely friendly when it comes to dealing with insurance, making appointments, and giving solid fashion advice about the eye glasses.

VERY happy that I switched from my previous eye doctor. Level of care from both the staff and Drs is not only quality but genuine. Charges were brought up front and asked about before proceeding (not pushy at all), which was very appreciated. Great office that knows their stuff. Quick too, without making you feel like youre being pushed in and out. Thanks Yall!

I love this Doctor! I called the office on a Saturday afternoon expecting to get a nurses line ... turns out her personal cell phone number was on the answering machine! I talked to her personally and sent pictures about what was going on! She said not to worry, but call and get an appointment on Monday. She made this mommy so happy!!!
