I visited the clinic twice with my son, and i can assured that the doctors are great, kind and very professional. Some of the front desk secretaries are just mean and passive aggressive. I will never come back to this clinic, not because the doctor, but because the way i was treated by 2 of the front desk girls. Also wait 45 minutes for the doctors (my son was seen by 2 different great doctors, both were women)

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wise and team. My appointments were handled on time. Prior to surgery for my cataracts , Dr, Wise sat down with me , explained every thing that was going to happen and I had both eyes done with no problems. I now have 2020 vision at distance. Staff and doctors are nice but they run way late on appointments. Not sure why doctors even have appointment times any more. They should just be like the cable company and say “we can get you in between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm”. That would be more accurate.

Had a 245 appointment and its now 315..already went up to counter once..terrible way to run a business. .like we parents dont have more important things to do..
