HORRIBLE! The bottom line, I was mislead and did not understand. I make 9.00 an hour. Tried to save what money I could. Went in 12-16-15 ended up buying a groupon because Kim said it was the best deal. Ended up spending 779.58. Groupon crap didnt work the best deal was the BOGO sale they had but Kim couldnt figure that out. I cancelled order all together. Went back in the Manager Brian said here is a refund of 79.30 I thought it was to reimburse me for the office visit but I guess not. I already spent 79.00 office visit , 50.00 groupon, 553.16 glasses, 97.42 to get the no glare that was already on my old glasses. So confused I was. No one knew their job. I got the worst deal. The BOGO was the one that I needed to save money and thank goodness when Alyssa which seemed the only one who knew what was going on switched to BOGO. The glasses were made. Went to get them, put them on and instantly knew the wrong prescription was in frames I coldnt see anything. I told the Assistand Manager Brittany that they were terribly wrong, she dediced my eyes just needed to get used to them, oh then she looked at her computer and said" they are not yours the script was entered in worng". I said thanks for validating I am not crazy and these are not my glasses. So they remade the glasses again....Guess what? They were the wrong script again. I left Pearl went to an independant Optometry practice and they read the glasse and both came to same conclusion, wrong rx. I went back to Pearl with this documentation and decided I just wanted my money back. I expressed that I was to scared to let them do it again and I just wanted to go somewher else. I have to have glasses to SEE. I was very calm during all of this until the manager said "sure we can refund your money and it will be 553.16". I said no I am out 553.16 + 97.42 +50.00 (groupon yout staff told me to buy) and I will eat the 50.00 misleading mistake and yes you refunded me 79.00 for what I thought was the office visit which leaves me sitting at 650.58 for glasses that are wrong. He said " no I have already refunded you 79.00 so I am taking that off the balance and I will give you 571.58", I reminded him that if office visit was 79.00 and everything was wrong and he refunded 79.00 then that was squashed. I still was owed 650.68 (not including groupon I ate the cost for. He said " Thats what I am offering" and I said "no". He said "you can just take the glasses and leave." I said if you are going to basically steal my money then make the glasses" he said "no I cant make your glasses but you can take them" SO I LEFT THE 2X INCORRECT GLASSES AT THE STORE HAVE NO REFUND OF MONEY PAID AND CONTACTED COORPORATE. Beware this store is not under coorportate guidelines. They bought the name but do not have to adhere to policy. I believe Dr. Pearle had a wonderful vison to help so many people and made his dream come true. To give the gift of sight however in my opinion he would be ashamed of what this store practices with his name on it. Just my opinion. May I pose a question to the reader, would you feel mislead and stole from as I do? I was supposed to get a medical service provided and it was botched twice and no one at that office thinks I have a right to be upset or cares for that matter. All they wanted was money and I still cant see.

UPDATE - Dr. Claborn called and between him and the manager Brian remedied this situation for my family. I am so thankful they cared enough to make it right because I hate trying to find any new care provider after Ive found someone I trust! DO NOT GO HERE! I never write reviews, but I have to this time. My oldest daughter and I have gone here for our exams and glasses for two years. I scheduled an appointment for my youngest daughter for today and was severely disappointed. The appointment was for 11:45 and I was told to come in at 11:30 to fill out paperwork. Instead of filling out the paperwork in the office, it was e-mailed to me so I could save time. On the way to the office, I received a call at 11:27 and was asked if I would be in soon. I told them yes that I was just a few minutes away. I received another call at 11:30 telling me they would have to reschedule my appointment. I told them I was less than a mile away and reminded them the appointment wasnt technically until 11:45. I was told that since I was the last appointment before lunch I should have been there at 11:30 and even if I arrived at 11:31 they would not see us today. I told them I would not reschedule and to cancel our appointments for next year as well because our family is firing them as our eyecare provider.

I visited Pearle Vision in Norman on 1/12/15. I had broken my glasses and needed a new pair quickly. I called ahead to see if they accepted my insurance and Brittany helped me out. She was very friendly and helpful. She returned my call in a timely manner with exactly what my insurance company would cover. It went downhill from there. When I arrived at their office I was greeted by a young man. After handing him my prescription he pointed at the wall where the glasses were and sat back down in his chair. So... I browsed... began getting frustrated because I needed some help choosing a pair. Its extremely frustrating when you cant see! Finally I asked for help. He tried to help...maybe... I think.. but sat back down at his computer. I asked the young woman sitting beside him for help. She said you will need a bigger pair if you need bifocals. Expecting her to get up and help me find a pair I turned to browse again. Neither of them helped! They sat browsing the internet!!!! I finally left. Horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would.

was mislead when I called to make the appointment went in had the eye exam was sold extra test and then told that they would call when the glasses arrive was not called I had to call to find out the glasses were in went in and tried them and could not see with them and was told to wear them for awhile and my eyes would adjust called back a week later and was told to give them more time 3 weeks later still could not see made another appointment to find out the script was wrong had to wait again for the glasses was called a week later to find out the glasses came in scratched so a week later and another day I had to drive back so I would not recommend this store. The lenses dont fit the glasses properly poor workmanship. For the money I spent and the time that I lost I could have went to a competitor not used my insurance and still spent less and received better service and product.
