Horrible experience!!!! Made appt.online, appt. confirmed by phone. I indicated my husband has Medicaid when filling out his forms online. However, when he arrived at the office and presented his Medicaid card, all of sudden he was told they are "not accepting new patients"????? WHAT?????!!! He was also told he needed a referral to be seen, which may be accurate for Medicaid, however, why wasnt that told to him prior to showing up, or on the "DocStop" website... No mention of a referral was made until he arrived a the office. He was told to go to his primary doctor and obtain a referral and then he would be put on a "waiting list"??? Why was this not told to him before he requested to leave work early in order to make the appt.? Was it because he was a "Medicaid" patient??? You decide, however, I will tell you, when I later called and attempted to make an appt. (as a private paying pt.), I was not told there was a waiting list or that no new patients were being accepted... My thoughts are this is clear discrimination against Medicaid patients and I strongly suggest this doctor and her office get with the program... Affordable Healthcare is in full force, with many individuals getting removed from their PPO insurances (from employers) and told they must now go on Medicaid, as they qualify (as was our case).. This discrimination, at some point, will not be tolerated and is just bad business in general....

Several of our family has visited now as new patients. The process of finding their practice, getting walked thru the initial questionairres, (all done on the net........no old fashioned paperwork !!!) and the staff was very friendly in making this very quick and easy. The office is easy to locate, well laid out and modern, and both the Dr. and assistants professional. Upon the end of the appointment a nice offer was made for my kids extremely dry skin, and we received lots of nice samples.
