The staff is amazing they take great care of me and my family every time Im there! The supervisor and manager, however, are a couple of idiots. Ive had to speak with each of them on the phone before and they couldnt even help me at all! The supervisor and manager couldnt solve my problem but when I talked to a new member of the staff up front they ended up helping me with the question I had! The manager is rude and knows nothing about customer service and the supervisor, God bless her, is dumber than a box of rocks. I talked to a couple of people in the waiting room with me to make sure it wasnt just me who had that experience and they agreed. One lady even went as far as to say the supervisor used to be a manager of some retail store or something and they just hired her as supervisor straight from retail with no experence in a medical office! I hope that is just rumor because that is just ridiculous! Although i do believe it because she was very incompetent. I really dont know how that amazing office full of such friendly faces and nice people have managers like this! I I talked to my doctor about it and he said that shes kind of like the joke of the office. But everyone else is wonderful! Get better management for this office, Novant! You need people who know what theyre doing!

I really wish that I could write a good review. I really wanted to like this group because it is so convenient to my home. However, the response to patients needs and concerns is poor. There seems to be a communication gap between the front desk, doctors and nurses. Even with MyCHart which allows doctors to communicate with their patients, their attention to the patients needs is poor. I really hope that they find a way to improve their attention to the patients and level of care. I fully support local businesses but cannot support this one.

Everyone here is amazing. All the women in the blood lab are so friendly and sweet. The nurses are all kind and the woman at check out who handles scheduling and small financial issues is amazing. Would highly recommend Dr. Cardwell he is very positive, professional and friendly. He also had an amazing nurse practitioner named Meghan who is just as wonderful.

Both Dr. Goodmann and Dr. Devine are fantastic! Their staff is very responsive and caring. I have always been able to get in quickly when I needed, and they spent a lot of time with me to make sure my concerns were addressed. I would highly-recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or looking for primary-care physicians for themselves or their family.

I like my doctor. Many of the nurses are rude and "Christy" is a true b with an itch. I cant stand calling here because of her and other nurses and schedulers who have horrible attitudes like they just hate their life.
