Dr. Ann Williams FNP has by far surpassed any other treatment I have ever received any other doctors office. You can tell she truly cares, listens, and wants to help genuinely! I got so lucky the first time I met her back in early December 2015- I know without a shadow of a doubt that she is there for my best interest. So extremely caring, like nothing Ive seen before. I will forever be a patient of hers as long as possible! Whenever you call Novant health Prosperity Family physicians, make sure you see if Mrs.Williams is available. Which brings me to the fact that I have always from day one gotten an appointment for that same day! I cant say enough about this caring staff, even the lady who checked me in was sweet! Thanks for being awesome!

Ann Williams is the best health care provider Ive ever experienced and I have been going to Novant locations for the past 10 years. No other doctor has showed such genuine kindness to me before. She was able to diagnose me using her knowledge of symptoms and reactions and was spot on when the test results came in. After meeting her and the staff at this doctors office I will not be wasting a single moment at another office. All of the staff are calm and quiet resulting in a peaceful (and well cleaned) office. Highly recommend to anyone in the University area.
