I unfortunately had to take both my young children (7mo & 4y) with me to my initial exam/cleaning. My hygienist was AMAZING in her understanding and in working with me to make sure everything went smoothly. My youngest is exclusively breastfed and she responded exactly how she should when i needed to nurse while getting my cleaning done. I asked if there was a reason I couldnt feed the baby while she worked and she said "as long as youre comfortable, were good" I responded with "as long as she (the baby) is quiet, Im comfortable" she said "then lets get it done!". The baby fell asleep while nursing and when the dentist came to do my exam her attitude was the same. I also felt that she did a better job cleaning my teeth that the last dentist office I attended. I can not recommend this office enough. Their customer service and commitment to serving families shows in every step of the process.

This dental office has very friendly and warm welcoming women running the counter. Dr. Grimm is a fantastic doctor. He is funny, super friendly, knowlegeable and pays extra attention to the tiniest detail. He has all the newest equipment, They actually make your crown on site ! Need Only one visit. The dental techs he has working with him are the sweetest and most compasionate women you will ever meet. They make you feel very comfortable!! The facility is super nice. There are tooth brushes you can use in the bathroom if you need and fresh Coffee in the waiting room. Once you go here will you will have found the perfect Dental Office no need to be nervous about going to the dentist ever again.

I was new to the area and searched and searched for a dentist. St. Helens Dental Care did not take my insurance I had at the time but I didnt care, they worked with me. They did such amazing work with my teeth, took X-rays, filled all of my cavities, and even gave me a free teeth whitening kit! They always followed up with their work! I started having a sensitive tooth after having a cavity removed and they had me come back in a couple times to watch the tooth and to see if it was an issue with the stuff used to fill it. I would recommend them to anyone! A+++++++ service! I will be taking the rest of my family here!

Dr Grimm and his staff are exceptional. Very friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend them more highly. Their high tech approach to dental care speaks to their desire to stay up with the latest treatments. I had a crown prepped and fabricated all in one appointment and as a busy professional not having to make multiple visits was not only a huge benefit to me personally but was a cost saving as well. And I am very happy with the result.

My "visits" to St Helens Dental Care are always as pleasant as ANY dental visit can be. There is always a friendly person at the desk to greet you and get you checked in. Lisa and Dr Grimm are always so concerned that I am comfortable and doing OK. And, Cheryl gives the best cleanings, yet is gentle and also concerned about comfort. St Helens Dental Care has state-of-the-art equipment, a cool patient database with x-ray and photographic images of each tooth. Best of all, they solved a chronic tooth pain Ive had for 12 years that three other dentists failed to diagnose! They measured and made me a digitally exact crown on site and installed it, all in one visit for about $1,000. I am very pleased.

St. Helens Dental Care offers excellent dental work and wonderful service. Over the years, Ive had deep cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and one root canal, and have never had too much pain. I have been going to them for 16 years now, and would highly recommend them!! My hygienist is Mindy and she does a great job on the deep cleanings!
