This has to be the worst hospital in southern California! ER wait time is super long. The doctor i seen was horrible. He is rude, he rushed thru things as fast as he could. You could tell he really did not care what your going thru. Its also a wonderful place to get your identity stolen. They put me in as wrong person at first. Had to be re entred and have everything done again. Then the whole time im in my ER room you can hear nurses & doctors discussing my health in very much detail and loud enough i could hear doors down. Witch means everyone else heard ( its all open doors) So thats a privacy breech. Its the worst experience ive ever had.

The staff/nurses in Emergency are very friendly, helpful, and caring. My boyfriend who isnt used to the hospital experience was very worried and anxious and the nurses made him feel safe and taken care of. One nurse here also gave me a blanket while we waited. They explained everything (such as what an EKG is and what the blood tests meant). This is a great hospital. Everyone is super friendly and no one gives any bad vibes. We even had some conversations with some of the nurses and they made us feel more calm. Thank you so much!!

Terrible Hospital my mother tried to get information about her fiance being in the emergency room but the woman taking calls for emergency rooms wouldnt even let her know his condition or let her talk to him.This isnt the first time my mother had problems with them one time they refused to look at my mom eyes when she was in excuating pain.They were very rude and the doctor yelled at her and they told her to go a clinic.It has to be of one the worst hospitals in the area.DONT GO THERE!

this hospital was a blessing to us . my cousin was diagnosed with clear cell carcinoma. he was admitted through the ER and the doctor there did not turn him away , did not brush his symptoms under the rug telling him it was a case of Gerd like most doctors do but instead he ran a battery of test and even ordered a biopsy. Now we are in the process of getting help with ad treatment

my father is there now with west Nile virus we were told he had a gone into a coma and his brain is not responsive, yet he is opening his eyes and gagging on the ventilator now to me that seems as though hes responsive. they are rude and like to tell us things like hes moving around and then go Im sorry wrong patient. very unprofessional and impolite.

Very unprofessional staff. Upon being involuntarily sent there, they reached into my pocket and took my credit card, my student ID and did not file it on the property report. The Dr. Yang is very rude and judgmental and they will force dangerous psych meds on you without telling you of the consequences. Avoid this place.

My bro came for his mental illness and they had him waiting all day from 11am to 12am and keep saying they are waiting on a bed then let him discharge him self thats how much this hospital gives a damn about the patients that come to them for help I guess maybe if he hurt himself again then they will maybe help him

ER experience was fantastic service! In-n-out in 2-1/2 hours. LIGHTNING fast for an ER visit. ER Dr spoke to me in plain English, not down to me. And everyone was pleasant & helpful regardless of how hectic it became. Kudos to an ER system that works! Thanks so much to all @ Citrus Valley Inter Comm. ER Covina.

I will never go back to this hospital, waited 6 hours just for a sprained hand. I paid my out of pocket fee and now I get a bill from them 3 months later. Oh and the letter says please promptly pay within 10days. So you decided to send me a bill 3 months later and expect me to pay within 10 days? F*** Y**!!!!

Horrible services some of the staff like the nurses in the ICU are very rude and unprofessional .It seems like they dont follow protocol very well and does not have a clue about privacy issues.and the ambulance people are extremely unprofessional by the way they were making fun of the patients appearance.

My husband was seen by Dr Lee in the er. He did not do a complete evaluation on his foot for infection, he gave my husband antibiotics sent him home, he should have been admitted, because of the lack of ER my husband lost his foot, Dont see Dr. Lee. If you do turn away and go somewhere else,

My son is there and I think the doctors and nurses are just trying to generate income. Staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend this hospital at all if you can go a little further to a better place. Its dirty and unsanitary. He had to ask to have his restroom cleaned

Besides the friendly and helpful nursing staff, this place is not recommended for serious illnesses. A much better facility is San Gabriel Medical Center or Garfield Medical Center. The best top rated hospitals in Southern California is Ronald Reagan UCLA and Keck USC.

Very unprofessional staff. Tried to take my friends credit card info. Place is beyond dirty. Staff is shady and very dishonest and they dont tell you their real name. When you ask to see the supervisor they give you a fake name with no number like if that helps.

Best service the staff are very helpful in emergency is fast no long waiting compared to others hospitals where you stay overnight to be attended I travel from Los Angeles to Covina just for this hospital I lived close two major hospitals I rather travel.
