First of all, my wife wants to schedule hospital tour for labor & delivery, we called 2 times and they have different answers (it looks like they dis-oriented about the schedule). Finally we got the appointment, its 3 Thursday every month 5PM. We walked in 4.46PM and this receptionist (I forgot her name) told us "You just missed the tour in AM"?, she called her co-worker and she confirmed "ooh its 3rd Thursday every month and you just missed it", I take a look at my phone and showed to her this is 3rd week of Thursday, she dont say apologize or what so ever, she called somebody and told us to wait for 30 minutes, after wait 30 minutes we asked new receptionist (the 1st one gone for today), we asked about the tour and she gave us attitude she told us "If you already talked with the other lady and she told you to wait just wait, I dont know anything, I just came" (her name D...). OMG whats wrong with these peoples??? so UN-professional. Make story short, finally we got the tour at 5.30PM, the nurse take us the tour (intial S...), she is super friendly and funny, we glad somebody still have a good attitude. After we finished she told me to take pre-register form from receptionist, we got the form to fill out but when we gave it back to her (receptionist D...), she told us the person who will enter the information is taking a break about 1/2 hour "If you want to wait or if U leave I will scrap this papers"!! Woww how rude this girl... We told her to we will wait. Pass 1/2 hour we asked her the status, she told us "He is the only one that will input all the data, so I dont know how long it will take, if U want to come back tomorrow"......... Ohh really after all that, my head explode - avoid this hospital unless you have extra patience to accept these receptionist (front desk) attitude.

This is only for lab and medical record services. So I did some lab work two weeks ago and once I was done I specifically asked the nurses and person in charge do I have to follow other procedures to have my lab results sent to my doctor. They said it was all taken care of and I have done everything already. And after two weeks I called my doctors office and asked about the result guess what, they said they never received anything. And the doctors office suggested me call the medical record office and ask them to send results to doctor ( which I did the first time when I was at the lab). So I called the medical record and compalined about it, and the lady who answered said I need to stop by personnaly and sign a release form to my doctors office. Now how is that " it is all taken care of" ? didnt I sign all the forms when I was there doing the test? it is all messed up, people keep pushing jobs and responsibility to other parties. Such nonsense after all. So i went there and picked up the results myself after being charged $15, had I had them sent to my doctors office It would v been free according to the nurse lol( so what they can put me on a schedule 30 days from now just as to read the results to me), I would v given this place negative stars if it was possible. Plz stay away from here.

After reading all the reviews I was a little skeptical about coming to this ER, but I gave it a try anyway since its down the street from my house. Well when I first walked in and got to the window the receptionist wasnt very pleasant however, the more I spoke to her she seemed more easy going.. I did wait for about an hour and a half but cmon youre in an ER and if you think going to any ER is going to be quick, keep dreaming. The ER IS FOR EMERGENCY therefore if you have a cough or something that can wait OBVIOUSLY there going to call people by priority. I took my two kids because they had hives, there is only one doctor, but he was worth the wait I believe his name is Ralph Conner, he took his time explaining and putting my mind at ease. The nurse was very sweet her name was Janice. All very nice staff couldnt be more content and at peace with the way they treated my kids here.. Total time there 2 hours.. They gave prescription and explained it thoroughly. Thank Montclair ER..

Hace unos 5 meses atrás o un año podría decirse que era uno de los mejores hospitales en cuanto a la atención de emergencia concierne por esa razón yo siempre buscaba venir acá pero este dia 03/29/17 ha sido de los peores habian 3 personas antes de mi niña hemos llegado 12 y ya son 2 hrs 30 minutos esperando pasar y aún estan 2 delante de mi niña cuando antes ese era el tiempo aprox que se tomaba uno.para que lo atendieran e irse a casa dependiendo la emergencia

Beyond Terrible the worst the place is super unsanitary your more likely to come out worse than when you came in the first place. Staff is dirty as well there uniforms are Unpresentable dirty the girls hair is messy unprofessional I even heard one of the nurses ask where the heart monitor goes and if he could put it on top of the clothes this is absurd the receptionist are horrible they act like there doing you the favor being there they dont make eye contact while you ask you ask questions they simply reply with a yeh huh ok na. really? I hope you guys get shut down and replaced with REALL DOCTORS ,NURSES AND POLITE EDUCATED RECEPTIONIST the only reason I gave a star is bec you have to or else I wouldnt of given any stars at all!!!! DIRTY FILTHY HOSPITAL GOING TO KAISER OR ANY OTHER HOSPITAL BUT NEVER AGAIN HERE!

This rating is mostly for the huge room of people using this as a doctors office. This is an EMERGENCY room. For when something cant wait until the morning. My husband was in a horrible car accident today and we are having to wait hours upon hours because people are in here for absolutely no reason. Of for things they have known about for weeks and have left untreated. I feel this hospital needs to turn more people away and make room for the actual emergencies. There are also about a dozen homeless people in here. They all know each other and they all ask "why is it so busy tonighy" gee I dont know, maybe its the dozen homeless people in here looking for a place to sit opose to the people having an actual emergency.

Staff so rude and so negligent I took my son with a fever and vomiting and they took his temperature on the forehead and I asked him how high was his temp he said he doesnt have one I was so upset because they didnt even care I was in the waiting room with my son crying and with a high fever I asked the lady in the front desk in the e.r she said well this isnt a appointment so idk how long so I called chino hospital which they told me they werent full I left Montclair and as soon as I got there to chino they registered my son and checked his vitals my son had 102.8 of fever and they had told me at Montclair he didnt have a fever so Im never going back to this hospital .
