This is a terrible facility. If your patient is in need of close, careful, around the clock care, this isnt the place for you. They neglect their patients, the nurses are nowhere to be found when in serious need and were found far from their patients on their phones. In my experience, the patient that we were visiting was not connected to the nurses station, so the patient couldve been flat lining, and the nurses wouldnt have known because they dont check on their patients and the station would not have notified them. Extremely unprofessional and theyre only there for a paycheck. If you have the choice, take your patient anywhere but this facility.

We took my sister to urgent care on a Saturday night with no other option. Very unprofessional place theyre nice people but nothing what youd expect from a hospital. The nurses/receptionist gather in a group to talk and joke around. The place looks dirty. The nurse kept touching everything (even the phone) with his gloves still on. The little room where they take people to ask them whats going on with them has no privacy, I could hear what they where saying while I was in the waiting room. Im glad I wasnt the patient.

My dad was a patient from April 21- 28, a total of 7 days of superb service from this health care facility! Nurses were very attentive. The care was excellent and very professional. Patient care was their priority and made my dads stay comfortable. Wait time was top notch, no delay of service. Response was as I always wished it would be. Awesome! Staff was great. And to all the disciplines that were involved in the care of my day, a big "THANK YOU!" Could not get any better care anywhere.

This is a rating for the urgent care. Stay away from the urgent care unless you actually have an urgent matter. The worse thing about this place is that they have no idea how long you will be waiting. The best way to get a good estimate is to take the one they give you and multiply it by 2.5, seriously. The doctor is on call for the hospital, not urgent care, so you can end up waiting longer than the time they told you times 2.5.

I witnessed a man who was helpless and unable to speak be abused at this hospital. They covered everything up. The government does as well. Reports were made police were involved. He was taken out by 911 after he was assaulted in his bed and his teeth were broken. He was transferred to San Antonio ER and died a week later. Do NOT leave your loved ones in this hospital.
