While visiting a relative at this so called hospital I had to visit the ER. That relative ended up passing away that very next morning. I had made arrangements with business office regarding my co pay. I let them know if would be a few months maybe longer before I would be reimbursed by estate so I could pay them. Today I called to make payment as promised. I was informed they sent my account to collections. To find this out was upsetting to say the least. Not only would they NOT give me a discount for payment in full they were rude and berating me. I never received anything from a collection agency. The billing supervisor was just short of calling me a liar. I gave my credit card number to one gal that said she would deliver my card information to the one who runs them. I explained I did not want my information just written down for later. That is when the heartless supervisor came on and just wanted to quote her notes. In the end I had to pay collection fees and never received anything from their agency. That same rude supervisor verified the collection agency was given a wrong address for me proving I did not receive anything from them. The bottom line is my relative died in their hospital and I received the worst treatment there. You should just stay sick. Because if you go here it is only about them getting money. Not helping people I do not usually do reviews but this lady is rude inconsiderate and just down right an unhappy person to treat another person the way she treated me. I am not a liar or a thief. I was just trying to do as I said I would. I rate them a BIG FAT 0

i got hit off my bicycle by a truck. I fell on my knee mostly and it hurt sooo f***in bad. Paramedics took me to this hospital cause I asked for the nearest. BIG MISTAKE. They were soooooo rude, I told the older "guy nurse" my name; he print out my tag and held it close to my face, and grabbed my arm and put the band on. he asked if i can walk, but had me stand up. I told him my knee hurts bad and my lower back is beginning to kill me. he made me walk to the room. I hobbled to the room and asked if i can call home. I WAS DENIED TO CALL HOME. Reason was "they did not want my mom asking too many question!!" EXACT FU***N WORDS. I seen most of the billers than nurses. I never seen a doctor there. they did xrays and said i was fine. I had to ask are the xrays are ok, and can they clean the abrasion of my wounds. They gave me 600mg ibuprofen. After that I called to make a follow up appointment cause my knee felt like it was burning. I was told they do not take media-care or med-cal, (even though, they are the ones that had me apply for it right there and then). I went to the VA Hospital in Loma Linda. My knee tendons were missed up, I have a lump below my knee cap, from knee down was bloated. They put me on a brace and crutches, and many pain killers. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO "CHINO VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER.

This hospital is completly trash. I came to pick up someone and while i was waiting sitting in the emergency room, a teenage guy was is seriously so much pain that he started crying, his mom did his paperwork and waited for the nurse she was begging the nurse to please check on him since he was in a very hard pain. Then a lady came in, she was doing her paper work and fainted, i inmmediantely got up to hold her, the lady/nurse that was doing the paperwork told me to not touch her (basically to let her fell on the floor) i hold her head and waited for the nurse, the nurse came in SO DAMN CALM then she basically said "Oh, shes awake." Got a alchohol cottong ball, put it on her nose and said "come on, get up" not even helping her to get her up. She came by her self and she started crying because the pain she had. About the guy, the mom bugged the nurses and thats how they got him in. The stuff is seriously unprofessional.

Chino Valley is the worst hospital!!! I will never go there again. Every time I would come out of that hospital (3 times) I came out with MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and they wouldnt give me the right treatment to get rid of the MRSA. The doctors dont know what there doing! Because of the doctors negligence I lost a toe and now I have as open wound that wont close because of the infection. I was admitted at another hospital and now Im finally getting the right treatment. Chino Valley is more Urgent care than a hospital. If you go there and they say you need to have surgery, tell them you want to be transferred because staying there could cost you your life.

The ER is always over crowded. Waiting 4 hours for a bed and waiting another 45 mins just for a doctor or nurse to come in and assess me. The worst part is a nurse named George. No compassion or nursing skills, very rude. When my companion went to ask when someone was going to see us, he rudely said "we are busy right now", looked from side and side and then walked away, and that was the end of it. We have had him on several occasions and he just is lazy or rude. There are some great staff there, the physicians, other nurses and techs are wonderful, hence why I gave them 3 stars. Id reconsider going to another ER though or be prepared to wait a long time.

Really Awful. I came in by ambulance with severe stomach pain. I was visiting in the area. They gave me upper abdominal ultrasound and some pain meds, found nothing. If they would have scanned my entire abdomen, they would have seen a perforated appendix. I ended up at Palomar Hospital hours later with a ruptured, absessed, gangrene appendix. 10 days in the hospital, massive antibiotics. Thankful to be alive. Chino Valley staff just seemed so unconcerned. I suffered greatly due to their missed diagnosis. Cant believe website makes me even give them 1 star to post this!

Definitely DO NOT go here if it is an emergency. I had broken my foot and had low blood pressure so I decided to go to the "E.R" and to start the lady at the front desk was very rude, the nurses are definitely nice there is no doubt on that but they had me there for 7 hrs jus to tell me my foot was broken when I clearly knew I was and all they did was give me a shot and told me to go back with my personal doctor..... wow.... it is a total shame that this hospital has actual awards and I hope is based on the actual doctors because anything else just does not do it.
