Made an appointment for a top denture. Was told to be there at 8 which required a one hour drive in Dallas rush hour from Little Elm. . Arrived at 7:45 to locked doors. Ten cars outside. Doors opened at 8 sharp and its Walmart on Black Friday. I was not informed that I was not issued n real appointment but rather a place in a cattle call. I was a cash paying customer. I did not need one day service. Somehow, they acted like they were doing me a favor. Said the process was at least a half a day and possibly all day for same day service. ... uhmm, tell me that when I make an appointment please and I was fine with returning next week or after. Waited one full hour. Was not seen and I left. Hey, they wont see denture wearers again, so why not treat them like dogs.

Positives are the people are awesome all have been so nice and the process has taken a lot longer then I was aware of that it would take. In the end I know that they are taking as long as it is necessary to make sure that everything is correct and that Im happy. Negatives; prepare to make several several several trips back and forth. Prepare your job that its gonna take several adjustments especially if you have weight loss or gain. Also pray that you do not get dry socket. That is the worst experience you can ever have. Follow the instructions and do what they tell you..... I have recommended a co worker and she has had procedure done and only 1 week in she is loving the out come...

After reading the reviews on here, I was hesitant about going to this particular office. And for obvious reasons, I went to them anyway. My experience was fairly pleasant compared to some others. The staff were friendly and attentive, although the dentist acted like he didnt have time to listen to what I had to say. I understand that there is much to get done in one short day, but dont rush your paying customers out the door as if they are in the way. Aside from the dentist being in such a hurry, it was a pleasant experience. The women at the front desk and the assistants in there are awesome!

My dentures were free. I was in a domestic violence situation and healing hearts ministry took me here and I had my new smile in 3 hours even with me having a rotating jaw they did a wonderful job and I want to thank the dentist for all his most wonderful help and charity I have been meaning to write this review for some time but I went threw 16 family members deaths since and it just slipped my mind the dentist did this out of the kindness of his Christian heart and I want to say to you sir thank you from the bottom of my heart sincerely Rhonda Johnson

Office appointment was for 8AM; they opened the doors a little bit early for new patient paperwork, etc. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Dr. Blair was very professional and seemed concerned about me due to overall health issues. Scheduled another visit for next week to complete my procedure and expect nothing but good service again. I am usually very nervous around Dentists and have no dental insurance but the pricing was affordable for me and the staff reassuring.

Had cracked my top plate and went to this office for repairs and was charged the highest of possible charges and the front teeth had a huge gap where one was not there before and has to call in the guy who took them for repair to have him back me up that no gap was present when they were brought into the clinic for repair they broke again and they refuse to repair them, I used the Waco office to have them made and that office was much better in service and quality

Outstanding Dentist Cameron and great staff at the front and amazing crew in the back, each time I return its always smile hospitality and a very informative group of people, the building inside and outside is great and always clean, even the restrooms Kudos, the best thing on the chart is the work /Dentutes is AFFORTABLE, very reasonable and professional . They took such good care of me. I have the prettiest Hollywood smile, and I owe it all to the fabulous people who work here. The service is good and friendly. The workers are knowledgeable and caring. The dentist is funny and really cares about me as a patient and a person. For a dental service which is never fun to begin with. It was worth it!

I needed a new bottom partial. The staff was very helpful. I got what I needed in one day. Wow! After a short time I realized that there were sharp edges on the partial that were hurting my mouth. I went back for an adjustment and they smoothed out the areas in a quick 10 minutes. I love the way they look and feel.

The office was kinda hard to find, but the front office was decorated very nice and made you feel warm, like a home setting. The doctors and staff was very helpful and explain everything thoroughly. To have your favorite music or movie playing in the background while you wait makes the wait all worth while.

Absolutely love this place . Very nice and friendly staff. Dr.Blair is the best . Im terrified of having teeth worked on or even pulled but Dr. Blair was so gentle, I never even felt the shots and the pulling of teeth were a breeze .
