Very disappointed. I had scheduled my kids appointment since 2 weeks ago. I clearly told the girl at the front that my days off were Fridays only and that I really needed my kids to do their treatment soon. During these two of weeks I hadont to change my contact number, but of course the last thing in my busy schedule is to call every single place that has my old number and change it. I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before my kids were scheduled and the girl at the front states that since they were unable to "confirm" my appointment prior to the visit they were probably only going to be able to see 1 from 2kids. I told her I had changed my number but that is still knew when I was scheduled and that I didnt understand the issue because I still made it and I was still ahead of time. 1 hour 1/2 later they pass 3 people that came way after me. When I go ask the reason they state because my appointment wasnt confirmed. Its crazy that theyou treated my kids appointment as if I showed up late. I was there and again 15 min before my scheduled time. My kids had not eaten since the night before, who knows how much more people than were thee after me were they going to continue to pass before my children were ever going to be seen. If I had history with them of never showing up on time to an appointment I would understand them. If someone would of said the day I scheduled them, THAT THE APPOINTMENT HAD TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE in order to prevent the delay, I WOULD OF CALLED MYSELF TO CONFIRM I WAS GOING TO BE THERE ON TIME. But no, nobody bothered to mention that. Its very frustrating and bad communication on their behalf. Im never going back.

Horrible service. went in for a consultation willing to pay whatever I needed for my daughters two front teeth to be fixed. They spent two hours putting us off because they couldnt get ahold of Met Life, my insurance company. They continued lying, telling us it would only be a moment before they saw my daughter and behind the scenes were trying to get ahold of my insurance. I havent been treated so badly by any business in my life. After the third person with the same set of questions talked to me I realized they were more concerned with their money than their customers. I could have written a check, used a credit card, debit card, or whatever they needed. The funny part was as soon as I was ready to leave they claimed they were then ready to see my daughter finally. A total waste of my time. Go somewhere else unless you like getting treated like scum or a low life.

The rep Laura was nice. She called Friday morning and Monday morning making sure everything was ok and ready for my son. The nurse jen I believe was the most sweet person to my son. She really cared for my little man who was coming in for crowning. The staff was very nice. Clean. Fast. Thank you again hopefully I dont have to see them again but they were the best. Five star.
