I really wanted to find a stable dentist whith whom i felt comfortable, sadly this was not the place. The front staff was nice, it was the dental assitants the one who were rude. The one doing my xrays was rude and she was just lacking manners. I went around luch time so im guessing she just wanted to get done with me as soon as she could. The dentist that did my examination was blah... Not good not bad just blah... I was asking him about pain i was having on a molar and he just dismissed it and said it was nothing. I honestly would never come back to this office!!!

The manager Kurt is a liar a pushover. The women who work there are ugly physically and their personalities. The company lies to twc. Beware if you are being employed beware. If u are a woman coming into the company beware the women there are nasty and do not like to have new ppl work They will try to get you fired or just make you look bad,they are a very unprofessional company .

I recently moved from dallas to balch springs and had to find a new dentist eeek! I am so glad I came across bear creek online in google search. I read the awesome reviews and gave them a try and I have to say the best experience I have had . They are very kid friendly clean office. The staff and Dr. Lu were great. This is an all around package place deal couldnt ask for more.

Customer service is great. This place was clean and a fun environment for kids. Assistance were friendly and made my daughter feel safe. >>>Dr. Scott Ludlow is the BEST <<< My daughter was afraid of dentist until she met him and this office. Highly recommend to All parents.

I love coming to get my cleanings every few months here! My favorite dentist is Dr. B Jenkins. She is such a friendly and caring doctor. Her assistant Liz is such a sweetheart as well. They treat me like family and make me very welcome.

Dear bear creek family dentistry, its not acceptable to drive around town tacking your advertisements to peoples houses. Pay for advertising in the weekly circular. Rent a billboard. Like every other respectable business does.

When i walked in the lady gave us a warm welcome! Its a kid friendly zone. Staff are awsome! My daughter was excited when she seen the art on the wall and the bear that came out to take pics! Will return!!!
