I would like to take the time to express how wonderful Minars Dermatology is to me. By far, the best I have ever been to. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctors office before. My personal doctor in the practice, is Dr. Todd Minars. I cannot say enough good things about him. He, along with the rest of his staff, are always willing to help me in anyway they can. I truly wish that every doctors office adopted the same principles this practice has. I will never switch to another doctor for as long as he is in practice. He has been the only doctor to properly diagnosis my skin issues, this is after I have seen four other doctors with no results, over a two and a half month period. Instantly, he diagnosed me and started to clear up my issues within the allotted time he told me it would take. Anyone would be foolish not to choose Minars Dermatology. If you are shopping around for a dermatology practice do yourself a favor and stop, because THERE IS NO BETTER PRACTICE IN SOUTH FLORIDA! I could write a review for hours and hours to tell you how amazing Dr. Todd Minars, and the rest of the staff at Minars Dermatology truly are. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful are only a few words to describe Minars Dermatology. Please do not hesitate and book your appointment with Minars Dermatology, you will not be disappointed! Everyone I know chooses this practice for their family, and I have never heard one complaint about this practice. Minars Dermatology is the one and only, for anyone and everyone I associate with.

My past three visits to Minars Dermatology was for microneedling. The first two times was fine, but the last time I went, I was recommended 5% BP Face Wash since the doctor said I have bacteria on my face and that would stop the bacteria from spreading and causing new acne. She informed me to use it two times a day and make sure to not to use a towel to dry face since it will bleach it. The only part is I was not informed about was not using the 5% BP Face Wash after microneedling for 5 days. Not being informed that, I used it to wash my face the night after microneedling. It irritated my face and became inflammed for the next week. I contacted the doctor over email and this is what she said "Uh oh! Its too soon to use that wash. Had to wait 5 days after needling...use a gentle soap and cortisone now..." Is that how you would talk to a patient ? Its basically saying oops I forgot to tell you. I contacted the Front Office Manager and she said there is nothing she can do to make it right because the doctor is usually cautious in telling all her patients what not to dos and to dos. If i was informed on not to use it for 5 days, dont you think I would not use it then? Why would I spend $150 for each procedure and just for fun make my face inflammed, red and dry for a whole week? Minars got a award for best customer satisfaction? Thats in 2013. I assume 4 years later its not the same. Ill finish the rest of my procedure elsewhere.

Minars Dermatology is an upscale and professional dermatology office. I became a patient of Dr Todd Minars while he was working in NY after several unsuccessful visits to other local nyc doctors. When Todd moved to Florida to join his extended family and his father in their established practice he recommended some other local nyc doctors for me that were well rated. Despite their pedigrees however, they didnt have the same warmth and personal presence he did. I also felt that they werent as thorough as he was. They usually chose to focus on routine stuff while rushing to get to the next patient. Dr Minars makes sure to do thorough exams especially for exposure to the sun and more serious issues than just cosmetic ones. Needless to say, when i visit my family in Florida, i make time to book with them instead at their father-son practice rather than here in NY. Dr Minars works hard in the office.. He is also a leader in his field - constantly reading up on all new medications and procedures in his spare time. On one recent trip to Florida i was pressed for time so he told me he would meet me after hours in order to accommodate my schedule.

Every doctor, ARNP and specialist are professional, kind and listen to your needs or issues. I have been 100% happy each and every visit for 14 years. I totally trust this office to provide the highest quality of care in all of South Florida. I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and my husband is a Medical Doctor. I would not say these things lightly! Dont trust your face or skin to just anyone, trust it with these professionals. I would only go to the BEST, and my husband agrees 100%. I have been a patient at Minars Dermatology for almost two years. The staff is extremely courteous and professional; they always try to accommodate the patients schedule. Once I arrive at the office, it is readily apparent that it is a well run office - I never wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor (I wish I could say this about my other doctors!). When I am with the doctor, I feel as though I have his undivided attention and that he will spend as much time with me as needed. I have also brought both of my children to this practice and their issues were resolved. They were even able to diagnose my son with shingles when three other doctors were unable to make a diagnosis! I would recommend this practice to individuals and families without hesitation.

Minars Dermatologys office is run like all doctors offices should be run. I am led back to an exam room either prior to my appointment time or right on time. The doctor then comes in within a few minutes. The staff is friendly, they process me after the appointment quickly and efficiently. Clearly it is not by accident. This is the culture there. In fact my doctor, Dr. Lesley Clark-Loeser said, "we treat patients and this experience like we want to be treated when we are patients." That sums it up. I highly recommend the office and Dr. Loeser in particular. The doctors even give their cell phone numbers to patients in case they are needed,. The one time I had to call and ask the doctor a question, she called me within 5 minutes. A great dermatology practice!!
