Waited for ever. I did not mind that because these days you have to wait for everything. What I really did not appreciate the way she treats you. She even called me stupid in my face . I just could not believe it. Then she tried to apologize but how could she. No manners at all. We expect professionals to behave in a professional and civil way but lately it is the opposite. I really suggest for her to take a course on human behavior. She definitely needs it. What a pity. She has knowledge but she lacks the most important thing in life and that is to respect people. Maybe, I am from the old school but I think is too late for her to change since you learn all this at home. I am sure she is a great doctor but I was very dissapointed how she conducted herself with me. Lack of professionalism that you find a lot in the medical field.

First time in the office and the young girl didnt even know what she was doing. She told me that i didnt have an appointment at this location after a few minutes later the other staff was able to correct her. The doctor was great ! Received my prescriptions as to find out that the girl at the front desk again gave me the wrong fax number so the pharmacy was not able to provide me with my medication until authorization, still no prescription. I think this will be my last time

Well my experience was quite annoying. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. That dermatologist was something else. She act like whatever I had was contagious and she didnt want to catch it. Very poor customer service. I waited forever to see that dermatologistI will never recommend this dermatologist to anyone I know. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Very unwelcoming environment. The receptionists act like they cant be bothered to do anything, let alone be friendly. Youll find much friendlier staff at retailers in the mall. Sad.
