Very unprofessional MD. Be prepare to wait 3 to 4hrs on your fist appointment just to see him, plus the consult time, and minimum 1 hour wait for follow ups ( at least that was the most I was able to wait until I complained and had to leave without see him). This is a normal practice for him, as I was told by his staff. Doctor should adjust appointments time accordingly as he seems to over spend time with every patiente or hire efficient staff that can assist him with that. If you dont have a Job or just willing to spend more than a half of your day to have a consult then he is the doctor for you. WORST service ever!!!

Dr. Berens is an excellent doctor and his professionalism is impeccable. This is also reflected in his staff. He is one of the most thorough doctors you will encounter as he details everything ensuring that you are of utmost priority. On every visit, he spends a lot of time listening to your needs and addressing each and every one. He follows up and does not miss a beat. I am extremely happy with this doctor. It was faith when I walked into his office which I might add is very clean and aesthetically pleasant.

one of the worst dermatologist in town, I had a horrible experience with them, no one call to confirm the appt. and if you missed your appt. you will pay a 70$$. I dont recommend any one to go there
