I was recommended to this doctor by my insurance for a consult in regards a rash my daughter had. The office was smelly, outdated, and the staff was very rude. The doctor came in to the room for less than 3 minutes and gave a diagnosis without even inspecting or being in depth. He prescribed an eczema lotion and left the room. Im highly disappointed at the quality of service this doctor provided. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion and I highly recommend you NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME with this doctor. I drove over 30 miles to get to this appointment just to be in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes- it took me longer to fill out the paperwork than to be seen by the doctor. I have already contacted my insurance to file a formal complaint.

I was seen on time and shown to the exam room by nurse Marian, who was polite, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. I waited less than five minutes before Dr. Rockley came in and examined me. He explained to me what he found and what could be done to remedy my problem. When I told him that my health insurance was going to expire in a matter of days, due to being laid off from my job of fifteen years, he offered to do a procedure then and there instead of making me come back for follow-up appointments, which he could easily have done. Its a great feeling, knowing health-wise I can relax after having this taken care of. I thank all involved in my treatment at the office of Dr. Paul Rockley.

HORRIBLE SERVICE right off the bat. I called to make an appointment today, I was put on hold in a rude manner, their phone service is terrible, I was hung up on several times, and then a beeping noise interrupted mid conversation. I called back to explain this, the woman who answered the phone was rude, did not care, put me on hold without even saying anything. RUDE SERVICE. This is NOT how you treat new patients. Your staff needs a class on customer service because they lack respect and manners! Lost this new patient!

Ive been taking my little sister here for a few months, the doctor is awesome he assess the situation quickly and prescribes the necessary medication. Now you may be wondering why i rated it a 3 after complimenting the doctor. Well the reason for that is, the staff sucks!!!!! Their slow as snails and full of unnecessary attitude. Its sad that the doctor is so great but hes staff is seriously lacking.

Ive been to other dermatologist regrading a keloid that I have on my earlobe and I actually had it injected by many doctors, but after 3 visits with Dr Rockley Ive seen a big decrease in my keloid. Hes awesome I just wish the wait before seeing the doctor was a bit quicker, but besides that he is AWESOME! Also, the office isnt typically what Im used to but dont judge a book by its cover.

Call for apoytment, a very unprofessional rude lady answer told me to call back or wait 15 min becouse they just got in to office. They open at 8 and i call at 8.10. She say it in such rude way that i lost my speech to answer it back. Note to the doctor: find professional people to work for you please.

Both the staff and doctor are polite. Hes the only dermatologist Ive seen that actually cured my problem. I was also nervous about the cost of prescriptions. He gave me coupons and cards that helped significantly. Im very satisfied with his service.

Dr Rockley is the best derm in sfl hands down. The wait to see him will always be long, but well worth it. Make sure you plan accordingly. He is so detailed and experience and would not trust any other derm in sfl
