Very great doctor. I am pleased with my visit. After doing thorough research online, I chose to make an appointment for my mother and myself with Dr. Moore. I knew ahead of time from the reviews that the wait time might be a little long but it was well worth. This doctor olis very kind, loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. He took his time to answer all of our questions and made sure all of our concerns where acknowledged. the staff there are also kind and professional. Maria was our nurse and she was amazing. If youre looking for a doctor that is compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient he is your guy. Just keep in mind that there is a bit of a wait time in the lobby as he gives each patient quality time and attention.

Would leave 0 if possible. I was first waiting for 10 minutes and was finally greeted but asked to be on hold. I kindly asked her "how long is the wait to just make an appointment?", and I received a rude response "just a few minutes " which has turned into 7 minutes (and on going ...) sad since the doctor seems awesome based on the reviews. Rude office staff. After being on hold for 20 plus minutes , Im then transferred to the secretarys extension and it goes straight it voicemail. So yea, I wasted 20 minutes by trying to make an appointment. Highly unprofessional and unproductive staff.

This is my 2nd review and I still cant get someone to call me back to get a simple prescription refill. I called on a Monday and its now Thursday and Im still waiting for a call back. Ive left a detailed message on all three phone numbers that I have for Dr. Moores office, with one mailbox being full, so I couldnt leave a message. While I still say Dr. Moore is a good doctor, if you can get in to see him, not much has changed since my last review, so I think its time for me to make a change. (Some can say youre only as good as your support staff.)

I saw Dr. Moore in his Hallandale office. He is truly the most AMAZING dermatologist I have ever seen. Tremendously caring and sincere. Wonderfully intelligent. He is very thorough answered all my questions and offered several options for my condition. After seeing him I realized why so many people await his care. I have since referred all my family members and friends. Very happy to have found such a great Doc!

Yes. Awesome doctor if you can get to see him or even talk to the office. I would like to bypass the long wait in the waiting room just for a refill. Ive been trying to make an appointment and their voice mailbox has been full for a while now. I made an appointment online with a note for someone to call me and havent heard back yet.

Dr. Moore is perhaps one of the best doctors I have ever seen. His "bedside manner" is beyond reproach, and he always works hard to resolve patient issues. As with every business, there are a couple of administrative issues that can be better, but I am confident they will be resolved.
