Me & my husband went to dr Altmans office & we were very satisfied. To talk about myself , I had an old history with freckles due to sunlight exposure! They got worse after pregnancy & delivery . I went to Doctor Andrew Altman who gave me the best advice to do aft light pulse treatment on my face. So I directly agree & I did it & Now after one week Im very happy with the results. The doctor was very understanding , he answers all my concerns & was honest to explain all side effects that may occur! I was surprised by reading some other reviews & ratings thats why I thought I need to add my review . Very professional Doctor & very welcoming team &very clean office & fast procedure . So what could be better than that! I highly recommand visiting dr Altman in case u have any skin issue

wow skip this place!! first I have to listen to the political opinion of the "insurance guards" at the front desk, which is so wrong on so many levels. Im no Trump campaigner, but I dont care to hear from the insurance lady. Second OMG this man is like a rock, not a personality genome in him. I got about 15-30 seconds of his time, I am waiting to see what he bills my insurance before I complain to them too. I asked about a mole on my head, got a 3 word answer (10 seconds) I asked about 2 skin tags got a response "he could remove them" (10 seconds ) Now he did not bother to ask if I wanted that done NOW. NOPE just said he could do it.... I have to say this was one of the worst "Doctors" I have ever spent 20 seconds with. Skip this place

I spent almost a decade under Dr Altmans care until my family moved from the area. Great derm and a good guy. He ended up treating pretty much everyone in my extended family, and we are all the better for it. In a brief review, I cannot speak highly enough of him. I always found him to be caring and gregarious but most importantly and simply put, good at his job. What some reviewers may forget, is being a doctor is basically just a job. I go to a certain restaurant because the chef is great. I go to a certain auto shop because the mechanic is great. I go to a derm for the same reason and Dr Altman is great.

well. it was my first visit. and i wanted to hear more.but i was quickly brushed off and the Dr. seemed abrasive and a bit rude. i felt like he ignore anything i had to say. i have decided to see another derm. and see what he says before i follow up with DR. RUDE...... but we shall seee . i also think if your a women of color this dr may not be for you. if there anyone out there of color that like to debunk what i say. follow up this review. so for now i give him 2 stars. thatsbeing kind.....................

Im not sure why the other reviews are so negative. My expedience has been much different. Maybe just a difference in personalities. Dr Altman has a great sense of humor and did a great job for me. I had a cyst near my face and now you cant even tell it was ever there. Also, Im someone who likes to ask questions and learn. Dr Altman spent time answering my all my questions and explaining things to me without issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Dermatologist.

One of the best dermatologist. Ive been going to Dr. Altmans office for 3 years now and I dont trust any other doctor but him. The staff is very kind and helpful. When you arrive there isnt a long wait time, at most 4 minutes. Dr. Altman himself, is very nice. He has a great sense of humor to make you feel at ease and comfortable. Any problem or question I have always gets fixed and/or answered. I definitely recommend him.

I have been a very loyal patient of Dr. Altman for the last 20+ years. He is the best, but his office staff has issues. I called today to update my sons status, and was immediately screamed at by his front desk attendant, I have never been treated so rudely by any medical professionals or their staff. This is the worst service I have ever had...

if Dr Altman doesnt know what the problem is, he would ask you to go to different dr. or ask you to come back next time or decline to comment.. depends on his mood.. but will sure charge his fees for every visit. He gave me wrong medicine. It just doesnt work.
