Ive waited 8 weeks since my appointment to post this review, as I find that it is so important to see how the results last over time rather than how you feel immediately afterwards. First, I have to say that I was very impressed with the business and the procedure rooms from the start. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Patel were very professional and the whole office has an awesome med-spa feel to it. Secondly, I went to them because I wanted a whole make over... Im a 30 year old woman who has a stressful job and it shows on my face. My friend in Boston had worked with Dr. Nguyen at Harvard, so I felt confident that they were professionals who I could trust my face to. I also had developed a skin condition that my usual spa and facial providers werent able to diagnose or treat (not MDs). Dr. Patel immediately diagnosed me with Rosacea and put me on a proper moisturizing regimen and my skin is literally perfect now. I was so happy to finally have a diagnosis and treatment that I almost cried. And after 8 weeks I feel confident that it is a long-term cure. Thirdly, and my favorite, is the experience and results from my injectables. Dr. Patel literally did an entire facial rejuvenation on me. I got Botox for my very wrinkly forehead, which is still awesome even after 8 weeks! Im not frozen, but my eyebrows are lifted just a bit and overall I look so much more awake! I also had incredibly terrible volume loss under my eyes with bags and darkening making me look tired all of the time. I was so frustrated being asked at work every day if I was tired. Dr. Patel injected a combo of fillers to perk up my cheekbones and fill the hollows under my eyes and I have to say that I completely love my new look. It is subtle, so no one really has commented on if I "had work done" (which I didnt want), but when I look in the mirror, especially without make up, I am so so happy with how it looks. I just look younger and prettier. Dr. Patel takes so much time analyzing your face and he really is an artist with what fillers to use and where. Im so happy that I invested in myself and that I trusted Dr. Patel. Lastly, I also had Dr. Nguyen work on small spider veins and a larger varicose vein that I had in my legs. Ive only had one treatment, and he did warn me that it can take up to 3 for it to work fully, but honestly I hardly need more! I think Ill have him do the laser on one or two of the small ones that are slightly visible, but the larger ones either disappeared completely or are tiny now. He was incredibly skilled, it hardly hurt with the needles, and the veins are so small! I also got cool sculpting on my abdomen and I have to say that my sides look amazing! My hip bones are more prominent, making me look skinnier overall, and my tummy is slimmer in front where I always had a bit of a pooch. Im a small girl anyway, 56 and 130#, but this really targeted my trouble spots that never went away with running or yoga, so it makes me feel so much better!! I hardly ever review places mostly out of laziness, but I was so happy with the results that I absolutely had to. I will definitely be going back to them for my pre-wedding maintenance in a few months when I need my botox re-done and I may even see if they can do the Fraxel laser on my face. They did such an amazing job!

Dr. Patel injected the first botox treatment I had ever had. It did not have any effect so I returned a week later. He said that sometimes happens, no problem, and he didnt want any of his patients to leave dissatisfied. He told me to come back for a re-treatment. I asked the receptionist to make a written note of what the doctor said. When I I tried to make the appointment for the retreatment Dr. Patel said I would have to pay an additional $250 charge to have him "redo" my original, unsuccessful treatment He did not refund the original money I spent. What he had originally told me was in writing but he refused to honor it. Needless to say, in my case, it was all about the money rather than having a successful treatment. The office is attractive and the staff attentive and helpful; the only reason for two stars.

Having put on a lot of weight from a recent trip, I decided to reach out to Dr. Michael Nguyen after hearing rave reviews from my coworkers who went there to get their fat zapped with cold. I was a little skeptical at first since I did not know much about cool sculpting and didnt believe that fat could be removed without surgery OR pain. But the doctor and his staff put all my worries to rest. One hour later, I am already feeling like a million bucks. Plus, it didnt even hurt!! This office is modern, prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the quality of service is out of this world. They definitely go out of their way to make you FEEL and LOOK like a celebrity here. I have already referred my friends here for their botox and fillers!! Cant wait for my next visit!!

If you are looking for the BEST doctor to do your Botox and beauty treatments I highly recomend you Dr Pattel!... I am what you call a VERY difficult patient because I am a perfeccionist and coming from Colombia were beauty treatmets are really good and doctors are as good as they can get, it is hard for me to find that same level of service here. I have been Dr Pattels patient for more than a year and since then I will not go to any other center. He is HONEST and will not try to sell you anything you dont need. He uses only the BEST products and will always make sure you look natural and leave his office happy. When is about your beauty and the way you look you cannot play around.....In addition Dr Pattels prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I consulted with both doctors, (Michael and Shaun) . Absolutely delighted with their knowledge and professionalism. My consultation was VERY lengthy; they answer all my questions- they really had patience with me, they took time to explain all, and every detail. After reviewing sonograms, I was inform that I didn’t need treatments, surgery or any injections :)) Dr Michael recommended a simple remedy –adaptation to my shoes. I was in shock with his honesty – most doctor offices try to induce you to spend money. NOT THEM. The office is first class, with top of the line equipment’s. Fantastic staff. Well organized and relax environment. Highly recommend! LOVED IT.

Dr. Michael Nguyen provides an amazing service in the Miami Skin and Vein clinic. Since day one, Dr. Nguyen makes you feel very comfortable with the procedures as he explains them in detail. In another note, Dr. Nguyen personality invites patiences to trust him during the execution of the treatment. He brings the human aspect most of us think doesnt exist. I strongly recommend Miami Skin and Vein to those seeking for treatment for problematic veins. The luxurious facilities are of highest quality and very modern. Furthermore, Yanett and the rest of the staff are very hospitable, friendly while keeping it professional at all times.
