Took my boyfriend in for a blood pressure check to be cleared for an agility test. First, the doctor is unwilling but then agrees to write a note staying his bp was in normal limits if it came out that way. I checked it just before we came and it was good. So we go into a room. The tech begins to put the cuff on, then asks the other tech to shut the door so he can hear better. (Try doing it while standing on I-275 with a patient refusing care after a car accident!) So ok, you have the luxury of complete silence while listening. Should be easy. He barely lets the cuff deflate and immediately says 168/109. What? I told him no way but he just looked at me. I told the doctor that this was not possible and I didnt think he read it right. She didnt offer to check it herself. So we leave, go to another facility and guess what!?? 134/88!!!! Done twice! So one of two things. Either they lied so they didnt have to write a note. An honest , "no, Im not comfortable writing anything" wouldve sufficed. Or, their tech is a complete dumbass!!!! I vote for the tech being inept at his job. If you need absolute silence to take a simple manual blood pressure and still cant get it right, you probably shouldnt be taking care of anyone!!! Ill never go back to this place and hope no one else goes for anything serious. I went once for a cold just to be sure I didnt have strep. It was fine other than the tech that day had no personality for patient care. Guess when I take care of patients all day long myself, I cant stand seeing another caretaker failing at it. The crew running this place is highly in need of proper education and training!

I read some of the 1 star reviews and they must have been in a different Care center. This care center was great compared to others Ive used in the past. Counter check in person was friendly, concerned and got me through the paperwork quickly. I was seen by the doctor within 15 / 20 minutes . The treatment / examination was thorough and explained to me. They even provided me with contact information for a follow up specialist. During my short wait out front I saw the staff interacting with other patients. Everyone was getting the same great service / attention that I was. Should I need urgent care in the future THIS will be my go to facility. A bonus..... theyre part of the Bay Care System so they have all my info at hand should I have to come in again.

I took a picture with my phone of my member ID and group # off of the providers website. Was this correct? No - and I was turned away by one urgent care during the week saying I wasnt insured. Of course they were willing to take my money, but I knew I was covered. Because I began feeling better, I didnt pursue calling my provider. Feeling worse a few days later, I went to Baycare with the same information, but this time the employees there went further. One of the employees, Ashlee, called my provider and then did some digging and got the information needed to take care of me. Now thats taking care of the people that walk through their doors and caring for the community. Thank you very much !!! I would highly recommend BayCare Urgent Care.

So I wrote a review recently for this clinic. I, with much annoyance, detract it. The staff and doctor were nice and took care of me in a timely manner. I had almost passed out in the lobby and they ensured I was taking care of. They did all the necessary tests and diagnosed me...with a viral infection. They prescribed me some meds and sent me home. Im on day 3 of this medication and not only have I not gotten better but I now have two new symptoms. The doctor had prescribed me an antibiotic...which is for a bacterial infection. A bacterial infection. Yet the doctor told me I have a viral infection. I paid $30 for these meds that are completely useless. I pray to God I never get sick enough where I have to frequent this clinic again.

I went to BayCare Urgent Care three times already. They are the most organized, efficient, and conscientious place to be if you dont feel good. Easy to get appt. - you go online and pick a time and you show up. Unlike Diagnostic clinic where you had to beg for an appointment. If you "belong" to Baycare, your visit info gets sent to your Primary Care doctor. My RX was called in from there and I picked up quickly. They give you a PRINT OUT of what happened on your visit, meds, treatment, etc. etc. Nothing is left out, you have printed out instructions. Its just a great WORKING well medical facility with great new inventive ways to make the patients lives easier.

I came into this BayCare Urgent Care around 3:30 on a Friday afternoon uncomfortable & highly suspecting a bladder infection. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk check-in to check-out was friendly, efficient, and compassionate. I was staying with and helping my parents while my mom was recovering from a recent hospital stay, and was at my wits end. You took care of me when I needed it most, and I thank you! And thank you, Pete - you are awesome!

I reserved a time online, printed out the new patient forms at home, and to them with me to the appointment. I was greeted and the forms and insurance information were taken quickly and co-payment, too. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be taken back for the examination by the PA. I waited a bit longer for a consulting radiologist to review an x-ray but all in all it was handled quite efficiently. I will definitely go back there if needed.

We are currently here now and it appears that being snotty and rude is a prerequisite to work here. Most people go to a walk in clinic injured or not feeling well and the first person that greets you is rude and acts as if youre troubling her to do her job to me is unacceptable. My wife has been in Healthcare for 18 years and you treat all patients like you want to be treated.

Recently used this facility for the first time for my grandson who was visiting from New York. Im so happy I chose BayCare for their quick response(15 min.) And comprehensive care. The upscale environment made us more comfortable and more educated and I am looking forward to telling all my friends to use the convenience and medical capabilities of this facility.

I came into BayCare with no insurance, little money, hoping to get some type of inhaler. They were very sweet and professional. They quoted me an affordable price, for something that allows me to breathe with ease and that was the shortest amount of time Ive spent inside of any healthcare facility, ever. Highly recommended.

I Wasnt diagnosed correctly. 2 days later still in sever pain. I have been on vacation so I have no local doctor and cant afford to pay the $100 copay. Need relief! So of course to go back will cost....and I think I know what my problem is that they missed.

Very friendly and professional walk in!! It was my first visit, so I got there when they opened at 8am. Filled out "New Patient Registration" and was taken right in. Office was pristine clean! I would definitely go there again! Thank you Bay Care
