Was a great hospital and had good experiences in the past. But in recent months has taken a nose dive in patient care and services. Actually had to leave Banner and go to John C. Lincoln hospital because my wife was continually past over by people who came in after her Making her wait while everyone else got right in and seen.

Banner T-bird tried to keep our son admitted for longer than necessary when they werent even trying to correct the problem. The bills afterward are NOT reflective of a non-profit hospital. Banner T-bird will try to keep you there as long as possible to get more money from you (oh, and that is with using insurance).

Worst hospital er staff. The doc told me to google my symptoms and take what google suggests. Really???? Came in for chest pains and they only took xrays and sent me home. And the doc told me to go to another hospital if i wasnt satisfied with the treatment i received at the tbird er.
