To make an appt I sat through an accident getting cleared, used the last of my data to find the place, missed work because I needed a medication refill desperately, was told them about how much I went through to get there, showed up 15 min late to an empty office, and they wouldnt see me to get my life saving medication refilled, not because they were busy, but simply because that was "the rule". Cost me 3 hrs of work, an hour of driving/gas, and they wouldnt see me because I was literally on the MINUTE the rule said they had to charge me for a missed appt and reschedule me. I told them what I had gone through to get there and to liik up the accident and that it was next to impossible to find their office in that building and that I needed my medication badly and they couldnt care less.

Ive had FIT Clinic as a PCP before and was very happy with their office, staff and service. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently made another visit to check out their new office (as well as get a check up) and am even happier with the new location. Cameron is an awesome addition to the office. I felt very comfortable with asking him questions after he explained to me tests and treatments. He speaks to you like you are a person and just having a casual conversation, yet stresses the importance of medical treatments. I am really hoping they take my new insurance as I want to continue going there for future medical needs.

Was "Kandi" a stripper before she decided to open this practice? Unprofessional staff. They will make you wait six months for everything. I switched to a real doctor and then got a nasty letter from them telling me THEY terminated my association with them. Nope. I gave up trying to get appointments for serious physical issues and being told it would be done and then nothing happens. Dont waste your time with this place. I dont think Kandi is even licensed! She wasnt when I went originally.

Fit Health is awesome. The staff is friendly, and committed. They have helped me in spite of myself.. As a retired nurse it is well known we make the worst patients. The fact you can be on a first name basis with them, says alot. They have been my primary for several years now. I highly recommend that you give them a try as your go to primary.

Ive been coming to this clinic for almost a year and the staff is very professional and kind. Kandi is a fantastic nurse practitioner who I believe really cares about the well-being of all of her patients. Cameron is also awesome to speak with.

They need to enhance patient privacy by an order of magnitude. I dont want my blood drawn with the door wide open, and I was given no opportunity to speak to a doctor or practitioner in private.
