I am pretty sure I could have died and this practice would not have cared. I have never been introduced to such a bad practice. To start, they are the Walmart of doctor offices. Admit at the start that if you are stuck with them due to bad insurance, you are just one of too many for them to care for. I had a painful infection on my face and it literally took them THREE WEEKS to get me antibiotics. They suggested I make after hours, additional appointments, to speed up the process, probably to get more money. But they made no effort to get me through "preclearance" for my antibiotic even though I told them I would take absolutely any antiobitic to help get over the pain. They were rude and snippy. I had to call every day to keep the process moving since obviously they would have otherwise just thrown my paperwork in the garbage. After two weeks I called to check in and they said they had a series of questions to ask me about past antibiotics. I asked why they hadnt reached out to me to ask these, and their snippy answer was, "Well, I am asking you NOW." I could have dropped dead on the phone and they would have laughed at me. My face swelled to the point I asked for a higher dose once I FINALLY GOT ANTIBIOTICS. I hope you are not forced to come here because these people could not care less. Given how bad I looked and the pain I was in, the minor irritation I had should have been expected, especially given their lazy attitude toward actually doing their job and treating me. Instead, I got attitude after attitude. The last time I had an infection like this several years ago the doctor told me if it didnt clear up with antibiotics he gave me right away, to go to the ER. Well, banner could not have cared less. I am disgusted by Banner and the money I wasted there. Stay away from this nut house. They will take your money, roll their eyes and care not even a second for your well being.

Today I went to Banner Arizona Medical Clinic at 11416 W. Meeker Blvd in Sun City West AZ. I went to the Lab to have blood drawn because I have an appointment with my doctor next week and he needs the results to evaluate my health. I was fasting, as that is required for some of the tests. The vast majority of patients using this facility are elderly and in frail health. I arrived at 7:45am, signed in and took a seat. A gentleman sitting next to me said the lab is supposed to open at 7:00am but they didn’t take their first patient until just before I arrived. The waiting room was crowded and the rate at which they called in patients was unusually slow. I waited one hour and fifteen minutes before my name was called, and when I entered the room where they take blood, I saw why. There were three Phlebotomists in the room, two of them were sitting on their butt playing on their I-Phones and one was working. This is inconsiderate of the patients, many of whom are diabetic and haven’t eaten anything for more than fifteen hours and can’t because they have to be fasting for these tests. If they are not going to do their job they should be fired. The supervisor of this lab should be fired.

One star, because it makes me put a star, I would have put 0 if it would let me. First off, I can tell this last good review was completely fabricated, this was the worst experience I have ever had, Beth Rosenberg is "COLD", "RUDE", and to be honest disgusting in her behavior. This employee should be fired immediately if BMG had any respect for itself, she would be. I will be telling everyone I know, everyone, to never go to this place. I will be posting this on every website I can. As BMG pays to remove this, I will be putting it right back up in other locations, if I have to create my own website. I will also be putting up a complaint at the BBB today, and speaking with the attorney general the second they open their doors tomorrow. I have never been so compelled to write a review in all my 40 years on this planet. Good luck BMG with employees like that. I should have read the reviews before I pulled into the parking lot.

My mother has been to this hospital a couple of time due to her health. The staff is professional and they have always taken great care of her. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Horrible horrible experience! In the ER for 6 hours, for nothing. We ended up with two traumatized kids, who were only given Tylenol, and sent out the door.
